After you add the gelatine, make sure you don’t boil it, just heat a bit until the gelatine dissolves and remove from heat. 😊✨❤️

Die einzige Kritik von mir ist: das sieht so lecker aus, da ist eine 18cm Form einfach viel zu klein ;-) Dank der Zauberkraft der Trigonometrie kann ich es aber auf meine 26er Form hochrechnen, dann braucht es vielleicht etwas länger. when it was cut into I noticed it being a bit more crumbly then creamy. Maybe a bit less flour would help that. Just in my own opinion. Everyone has different taste.

It should be fine-just make sure to pre-bake the base for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness. You can even brush the pre-baked crust with a thin layer of melted chocolate and let it set before adding the filling. Mesmo com os 60 g de manteiga (48 g de gordura), o teor total de gordura da receita ainda é significativamente menor do que seria usando cream cheese. I used full-fat plain yogurt, specifically European-style yogurt. It’s similar to Greek yogurt but not as thick. As for the ricotta, I didn’t strain it, but I was careful not to include all the liquid when adding it to the bowl. Some of the water was discarded. 😊

It's about 200 ml. 😊 The gelatin is to just strengthen the liquid so it stays nicely on the cheesecake. Check out the directions on your packet for a less firm gelatin (unless you want it to be firmer). when it was cut into I noticed it being a bit more crumbly then creamy. Maybe a bit less flour would help that. Just in my own opinion. Everyone has different taste.

I think the pie crust from this amazing tart could also work (although I haven't tried it with this cheesecake yet). It should be fine-just make sure to pre-bake the base for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness. You can even brush the pre-baked crust with a thin layer of melted chocolate and let it set before adding the filling. What happens if I skip the corn starch and the flour??

If you skip the cornstarch, the cheesecake might turn out softer and less firm since cornstarch helps stabilize the texture and binding. It could also be slightly wetter and more prone to cracking. The flour in the recipe will still provide some structure, but it won’t be as firm as with cornstarch. You could try baking it a bit longer at a slightly lower temperature to help it set better!

Cornstarch and flour are mostly added to prevent cracking. But in my experience the addition also results in a firmer texture that tends to be somewhat gluey and unpleasant. When a cheesecake recipe includes either, I always leave them out. If you bake it slow in a Bain Marie you should still avoid cracks. In any case, I'd rather live with any cracks and enjoy the lighter, moister texture.

If you add 60g of Butter and 150 gr of sugar then it doesn't matter if you use low fat cheese. That doesn't make it healthier:) looks good though.
yeah but cream cheese in the store has of awful stuff in it so rather choose ricoota then cream cheese ..I am just not sure it will taste as good as cheese cake I am familiar with
