Saddened to say that the designer and builder of this model ~(Not Simon flying it) passed away yesterday morning. A huge loss to free flight and one of the greats who I admired and idolised. God bless. The F1c in this clip I took at the UK nats last year was of one of Stafford's old models. Still flies on rails and I was in discussion with him to purchase a couple when I get working again. Listen to that engine noise and look at that model. That is for Stafford. A sound you will never forget.
