Interesting, sort of. How did you make the wooden moulid? What was that wing made of? How did you mix it and from what? How long does it take to cure? What process did you use so that it would release? What is this wing's weight compared to a built up one? Does it need any additional support for flight? What adhesives an you use with it?
In other words, it might have been nice to know WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE DOING.
Other than that, it was, as I said, "interesting", I think.

Wooooooooow is that a silicone rubber mould? Enclosed with a plaster of Paris? I am thinking if that is a resin wing, an epoxy or a polyester resin. Thank you for sharing❤️

The form is made of acrylic stone, you can't do this in soft forms
