  • This week, we’re bringing you into our new roastery space to speak about our recent Loring installation.
    As many of our regular viewers will already know, we roast coffee using a type of coffee roasting machine that optimises air circulation to increase efficiency and responsiveness whilst also promoting a more convective energy transfer. In this video, we decided to tell you about the requirements for this kind of roast machine and what you will need before ordering or undertaking an instillation.

    I’d be interested in: what is your sampler roaster, how you think about transferring samples to profiles. And different bean roasts on the Loring. Thanks, looking forward to the new studio!

    I just got into roasting, so I’m happy to see some new more contents on roasting!
    You guys talk about buying green coffee with direct trades before, but I wonder how do you start building those relationships with farms?

    what has been done on the chimney side to prevent stuff like wind strength and direction from influencing the roasts?
