    First crack at 170C equals 338F, dropped at 344F, seems too low of a temperature. Does this have something to do with how the bean temperature is measured? Is the internal bean temperature measured? Hot air temp is 667F, exhaust 410F, drum 330F, These are remarkable numbers.

      Hello,
      I am a home roaster and your right, those numbers do seem odd. Any idea why or if they are legit? Thank you in advance for your kind reply.

    Is the green line your ROR ?

      The RoR is shown on the bottom graph along with the power/agitation settings. It's the white line. The nearly unchanging green line at the top of the top graph is the drum's surface temperature.
      The internal temp probe on Strongholds is quite thick, so the slope might be quite shallow compared to what some might be used to with a thinner, faster probe.
      Reading the graphs on Strongholds took a minute to get used to because both the top and bottom graphs actually have two Y axes. It's a bit hard to see in the video, but if you look at the top graph, the axis on the left show the temperature for the bean (white) and the drum (green), while the right Y axis shows the temperature for the Air (red), which is actually significantly higher than the bean and drum temps, peaking above 400F.
      The bottom graph's left Y axis shows 1-10, which is hot air (orange), halogen (purple), and agitation (green) settings, and the right Y axis shows -3 to 15, which is the RoR (white line).
