Developed and published by EA, Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault was released for PC in November, 2004. Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault has some issues but the good outweighs the bad and this is one of the best entries in the series.

I remember playing it in 2004 and let me tell you, Pearl Harbor level was the most epic thing I saw in first person shooter at the time. There were just nothing like it.
Franky Stein Frontline, Pacific Assault, and Finest Hour. The first shooter games I ever played, and still the best.
I played it a couple years after it came out. The Pearl Harbor stuff was amazing. Blew me away.

This is my favorite WW2 shooter set in the Pacific theater. World at War is the most famous, but I always liked the mechanics in this game more, plus the historical touches they added here and there was really quite interesting. The weapons in this game sounded louder and more impactful, the game has quicksaves, there are generic ammo boxes to refill ammo for guns you want to use, and it's also more modder friendly and I was able to swap out all the different weapon loadouts for each mission.
MOHPA was awesome. I replayed it over and over again.
That gun juggling animation though.

Played this all the time when I was younger. Still play it from time to time, it's a nice, entertaining game
I was really happy when EA made this available on Origin. I remember playing it some when it first came out.
I picked it up when it first came to Origin as a free title on their defunct "On The House" program.
Best medal of honor game. It was very violent at the time. Very real feeling firearms

One thing I truly loved about Pacific Assault that you forgot to mentioned was the music. About 70-90% of the music from Pacific Assault was taken straight from Rising Sun. Which for me, not getting to play Pacific Assult until around 2017 and having Rising Sun be the first console game I ever played back in 2001, gave me the greatest nostalgia boner ever!
How your channel is not at atleast 100k by now is beyond me. Thank you for making me relive my early childhood/teenage with these reviews.

Holy crap, I haven't played this game in so long, this was one of my favorite WW2 game that is set in the Pacific theater. I don't know why I liked this game so much, maybe it was the setting, or maybe the gameplay, but this is one of my favorite games. Maybe I should play this game again.

Red Orchestra 2 Rising Storm is probably my favorite Pacific Theater game.
Loved this game its set pieces reminded me of “thin red line” movie
Banter at end of review (and Guadalcanal chapter) between Minosso and Sullivan and other such moments is what actually made this game quite memorable to me.I'm not an American,nor do I come from English speaking world, but story of the game,it's characters and events in which they were embroiled were best parts of it.Gameplay wasn't the best,but it's narative, soundtrack and history is what made it really the most enjoyable of all games in Medal of Honor franchise (haven't played 2 modern warfare ones,Frontline and European assault).
This game was the most unique MoH game at the time, it was the first game I played where I was awed thoroughly by ragdoll physics lol
I was dreaming of having this game not too long after it came out, but I didn't have a good enough PC to play it at that time.
So when Origin put this game "On the House" a.k.a FOR FREE 4 years ago, I immediately grabbed it. And oh wow, I feel so fulfilled. Would love to see your take on other classic Medal of Honor games.

I remember wanting to play this after Allied Assault, but my PC at the time couldn't run it. This game had far more demanding hardware specifications.

rising storm is the best pacific war game in my opinion,not a good single player experience but the online...banzaiiii

Could it be that CoD 2 was a superior game at that time regarding graphics and mechanics ? Memories can be deceptive but i was always a CoD fan until things went downhill.
