Do we need any pre-booking for pelee island visit,

Yes!!!! Depends on many things. Do you want to take the car? Must pre book the ferry at least few months in advance. If want to go there and stay for the weekend same thing must book far in advance for the ferry/car and then the place where you will stay there is hotel and camping and both get fully booked up in summer.
