Just because some jerk made a fake photo of a ghost at the chapel doesn’t mean it’s not haunted. Do let one bad apple ruin the whole barrel. Spirits choose who they let see them. If you’re a nonbeliever you won’t see a spirit. They show themselves to people that have a touch of clairvoyance.

Yeah it does seem like the monk was concocted to scare people away, but it might have had the opposite effect 😆. Used to have a spooky feel didn’t it when it was overgrown. And if Reginald’s anywhere he’d be here. Thanks for commenting and glad you enjoyed! 😃
We went there last year after investigating nearby Someries Castle. With so many ghostly stories surrounding the site we hoped to experience something but actually found the whole atmosphere there to be very empty, not even a notion of it being haunted. With all the foliage being stripped away it's certainly changed the look and I should also imagine the feel of the place. I wonder if that has had any affect on the perceived paranormal activity taking place there.
That’s interesting. It’s a strange one, like you say there are plenty of stories but everyone I’ve spoken to has found it quite quiet. Feel like the renovations have certainly taken away a bit of the mystique as well. Thanks for watching and commenting!
