Army AIT | Fort Lee 92Y Unit Supply Specialist - Typical Day, Tips, Cell Phone, Fire Guard, & Advice

✅#4 AIT Life of a 92Y Unit Supply Specialist at Fort Lee
- When you arrive at AIT you get smoked
- Then you go upstairs and take your bags after getting assigned rooms and roommates
- First Week You Have Meetings and Briefs
- You will get your phone taken
What a typical day is like as a 92Y
- wake up for PT at 4:30 clean up your room, make your bed, brush your teeth, and get dressed for PT
- Room inspections ( if your room isn’t up to par the drill side as well miss your bed up and make you do push-ups)
- Go to PT at 5:20
- Finish PT around 6:20
- Shower & Get dressed and ready for breakfast chow and school
- Go to breakfast chow at 7:45
- Class starts at 9
- March to Lunch chow at 12:30
- Go back to class at 1:30
- Go back to class until about 4
- Go to Dinner chow
- March back to the the company around 5 hand out mail and do whatever the drill sergeant needs
- Have a little bit of free time if there is time
- Bed check around 8
- Fireguard meeting for the ones who have fireguard
- Lights around 9 or 9:30
- Then you wake up and do the same thing the next day
Fireguard is 2 hours in AIT (Shit sucks)
Must at least get a 70 on all test. If you fail a test you will be removed from your platoon and go to a different company and you will be held back
Control F on all test
Rewards
Red Pass - you’ll be on red pass for your first 2-3 weeks and if you get in trouble during or outside of school you’ll remain in red pass
Black Pass - get to leave the barracks alone, but must remain on base.
Gold pass - You get to leave the base and do what you want for the day
You can’t get a hotel or stay over night anymore.
And yes there are drill Sergeants at AIT
