I put this grading based off the videos I've seen on TH-cam as there is no official rating system here in Singapore! Would you have any examples to share of 2.5/3.0 or 3.5/4.0 by your standards?

There's 14 courts here some are older and some are newer or more well maintained, we happened to pick the one that is a bit older. Halfway through we shifted to another court and that one was cleaner!

@@AsianTennisBoydoesn't make sense why you would put ratings in if you are not rated. Or at least put self rated. Agreed with the comment above.
