Congrats...when you do your deck over try to incorporate a semi permanent screen house. Living in NE, it keeps that icky spring pollen to a minimum, and it keeps your pillows dry. Loved that your mom is itching to decorate but using soooo much restraint. Keep your pricey items neutral so when a style or color peaks your interest do it on the smalls
How fortunate you are! All you need to be able to do is poop cook and sleep in your house and you can be in there and live there and work and it'll be so cool.lol congratulations!
