Her paintings are great.she is still so interesting and she is still cool or off the hook. I'm 63 sure wished I could just and converse with her. With a thousand smiles to grace
"White Rabbit" as Grace Slick performs it, will always be one of my all-time favorite songs. The lyrics are brilliant, the delivery searing and soaring.....
I'd LOVE to see Grace get back up there and sing! I always loved her rich, sonorous voice and laser focused, tell-it-like-it-is honesty and directness. Would LOVE to see her at Woodstock 50th anniversary!!!
I had the pleasure of sitting next to Grace Slick on a plane to Tahiti about twenty years ago. We struck up a conversation and we were talking about "fart bubbles". We also discussed diarrhea, burning urine, and Paul Kantner. I ordered a drink, and she asked me not to drink around her as she was recovering. She said her favorite drug she ever tried was heroin but that "it was too much trouble". She mentioned that she had no intention of ever returning to the music business.
It would of be nice if she made a few more solo albums in the 1990's but she retired in 1989. Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac), Ann Wilson (Heart) & Debbie Harry (Blondie) are all in their 60's & still out there rockn' the stages and recording new albums but I respect Graces' wishes. Her & Linda Ronstadt are missed by the fans. :-)
Thank you Grace...Always an incredible artist.
Her artwork is really amazing

Grace is a fabulous person. She has so much intelligence wrapped with life experiences and is so grounded. She is a true artist

I would love to see Grace Slick back onstage again and I am only 28 years old.
Love that honesty, she is and always has been a straight shooter.
the 1973 album with Paul her husband (star fighter) is a real quality jam.
Interesting transformation into the art world ~ nice work 🙂
As an artist, Grace was a great singer.
I love Grace 💕💕💕

Hey, maybe she sees something good in them that we don't. After all, she was in music for about 30 something years
YES! Linda isn't doing well. Hope for her the best....
@696styx To paraphrase an adage, the paintbrush is ultimately mightier than a shotgun.
"he wants to sell his paintings/but the market is slow/they're only paying him 2 grams now/for a one man abstract show
Im 25 year old man and her voice is deeper than mine, jesus christ!
she also sang rock and roll for 30 some years. that'll do it.
Maybe you have a rather " high" voice??? 😀
