This is so needed! My family is Muslim and believes that astrology is evil! I recently realized on the second new moon in Aries that we just had that aligned with the day that the holiest month in Islam, Ramadan, began that Muslims literally harness the energy of the moon to determine when the official start of Ramadan actually is! I feel that this proves that Astrology was only recently demonized! 😑 except the truth always comes out! 😇❤️🫶 thank you both!

I love the distinction between predicting the will of God, being different from Reflecting the pattern of the stars. It’s impossible for anyone to know the will of God. That’s the tricky place where I can see that Christianity has rejected Astrology as a practice

I’ll definitely listen to this again. I was trying to rewind and find the part about Saturn representing Adam the first man. This got me thinking about Rudolf Steiner’s astrological beliefs about Saturn. Steiner believed that our (human) consciousness was birthed aka came from Saturn. 🤔
I hope you find it. Saturn and Adam have a very long history that makes its way through Judaism, Christianity, Christian Kabbalism, and Theosophy. I'm not surprised that Steiner would have something to say on that subject. Do you remember what book and/or essay you read this in? 🙂
@@christopherrenstromastro The book of Rudolf Steiner’s that discusses his theory on the evolution of human/soul is called, The Influence of Spiritual Beings Upon Man.
Here is one excerpt “let’s look at the advances that took place from Saturn to the Sun. On ancient Saturn the life-giving forces steamed in, were reflected and taken by the mantle, the atmosphere of Saturn.” Steiner goes on about how in the old Greek myth Saturn was called Gaea and the atmosphere Chronos. The life giving forces of Chronos rayed continually upon Gaea and we’re reflected and absorbed. He continues to explain this myth. “So we advanced from Saturn to Sun and consider the evolution of the spirits of form further. They laid their etheric body, exuded it out of themselves and imparted it to the body of the earth, inasmuch as the human bodies have permeated themselves with it.”
Hilma Af Klint has an interesting connection to Steiner. Either way her Paintings for the Future, there is a set of 3 paintings, Alterpiece 1, 2 and 3, with a descending staircase, the ascending staircase and the one on the middle is just the circle. The middle one could be a representation of Saturn and the other two show our soul descending from Saturn and the awakening and ascending back of spirit back to Saturn. 🤔
I’m an Art teacher (currently at a Waldorf school), astrologer and energy worker. Last summer I went down a rabbit hole about Hilma Af Klint. This altarpiece of hers is very intriguing.

Christopher is a boy's name of Greek origin, meaning "bearer of Christ." It is composed of two Greek elements, Christós (Christ) and phero (to bear, carry). The name was originally used figuratively to represent the bearing of Christ in one's heart.
I am surprised (or somehow I missed it?) Christopher did not discuss the Tetramorph- the crucifix surrounding by the four evangelists symbolized by a Lion, a Bull and Angel and an Eagle the symbols of the four fixed signs.

RE: Soothsayers
They were a class of ancient Roman minor priests. Also called a haruspex, they were trained to practice haruspicy. In laymen's terms, this means he could read the guts of sacrificed animals to predict the future. (Not stars) The idea was the gods would reveal the future to their most sincere worshipers.

Interestingly, Peter was the fiery disciple, he was the shoot and aim later disciple. He cut off an ear of folks who had come to arrest Jesus, he rebuked Jesus by telling him that he will not die in the cross, he was the first to rush to the grave, only to find that Mary Magdalena was there first. Interestingly, if you read about Philip and his interactions with Jesus, he had Libra tendencies.
It's really intriguing isn't it? There was definitely a lot of though that went into this on Schiller's end. It wasn't random. 😊

Through his resurrection, we are born again. He is the only way to the Father, seated at his right hand, interceeding constantly for us all.

That was FANTASTIC!! Please do a vid on the long story of how astrology was banned in Eng. Even one on the history of astrology as viewed in the Jewish faith. That would be spectacular! I worked for a man that knew Chagall - he had paintings of his. I saw the mural MC painted many years ago for the AGF (I believe it was for), in Milwaukee, WI. My boss died almost 13 yrs ago., but he passed the 100 yrs. of age mark by 3 mos. and 3 days. I just can't imagine if you didn't relay the intertwined history, who will? Being that you're an astrologer, as well as a historian, makes you a huge gift. Please do share! I would certainly copy those links and paste them everywhere. This one is getting pasted pronto, where I was roasted for daring to express my thoughts of how deeply meaningful I see natal chart astrology as being. Christians, please use discernment through prayer and the word of God while listening to this interview. Also, there is a major difference between astronomy and astrology- the first of which is a gift from God for us to study and learn about and the latter as a a belief system that directly contradicts His Word. Astrology is a belief, and corresponding study and analysis, that one’s personality and destiny are governed by astronomical phenomena at the time of their birth and then throughout their lives. It does not align with free will or God’s sovereignty. Your fate is not determined by stars, friends. The arguments he is making is an innacurate interpretation of Christianity. The Bible does have many counts of studying stars and constellations, but No where does the Bible promote believing in stars. The royal astrologers of Nebuchadnezzar’s court were put to shame by the young Jewish prophet Daniel, (Daniel 1:20) as they were entirely incapable of interpreting the king’s dream, while God gave Daniel the answer the king sought:
Daniel answered the king and said, “No wise men, enchanters, magicians, or astrologers can show to the king the mystery that the king has asked… (Daniel 2:27, ESV). The Bible specifically singles out astrologers for an unpleasant fate: “…they are like stubble; the fire will burn them up. They cannot save themselves from the power of the flame” (Isaiah 47:13-14).
