Makes me want to bring back my '79 MGB spycar project... it had taser door handles, flamethrower exhaust, ejection seat, oil slick dispenser, and a built in portable movie theater projector -- we had plans for like 32 gadgets in total, but the series wasn't very popular at the time... and MGBs aren't the most reliable vehicles 😆

Car cooling systems are big enough to keep them cool in hot countries in summers (if they are working properly), probably only needs a quarter of its capacity in a UK Winter/spring anyway.
Covers the radiator, fills cabin with smoke, and sprays oil in his own tires...worst spy car ever...

Yeah I'd not realised the plot of the next film was bond delivering the villan their hire car disguised as an Avis employee causing them to off themselves while trying to put the roof down.. The trick wasn't to make a BMW smoke, spit oil, and shoot flames, the trick was to make that happen only on command. The true miracle was making it stop happening after.

you can buy a z3 from about a grand up mate. think they started making em in 1997. you get a lot of bmw for 7 grand.. 2012 5 series m sport.. the list goes on

I understood from the very beginning that this was a stupid hope, but still hoped to see a real top gear with real leaders.
Since no one gonna say it, 13minutes of a colin furze video is better than the whole new top gear.

I like to think of it as the theft deterent system.
I don't know if you consider yourself a videographer, but you still manage to come up with interesting and eye catching shots for rather mundane things like drilling holes, and I think that's rather impressive.

Can you imagine a small elevator where the ladder is on the underground bunker?
Why not both at the same time? Elevator shell with out roof or proper floor and you can still use ladders in case power goes down etc.

Great Video Colin!!! I've always loved putting the strangest mods on a car. I once had a 90's Camry that I rigged it up with police lights and siren. Also had a leak in the water pump is instead of fixing it I just quickly attached a water container on the roof to stop the car from heating up. Worked well until the water started boiling haha

This is the the most of wrong top gear I've ever watched.
The new guys aren't the worst honestly just... Fine. Beside the legends which are JC, richard and James the earlier cast with Matt leblanc was much more entertaining
This new cast is fine if a bit mean spirited. Patrick guinness knows nothing about cars and it shows. Chris is good as usual, other guy is just forgettable.
If I had a recommendation, the new us series with dax shepard is actually good. Just forget it was named top gear and you'll have some fun
