Snow storm aftermath (animals are hibernating)

Days after our west TN snow strom, still dealing with snow and slick roads. The animals are eating hay like no tomorrow. The goats won't come out of the barn. Ready for warmer weather!

Hope everything worked out for you and the farm during the snow event. I wound up being house bound for 10 days. I live in a pretty rural area and no snow plows come thru here. I didn't lose electricity of water, so I just hung out at the house. Course now everything is back to normal here. The past few days I've seen the temperature get close to 70 degrees. I've gotten a lot of yard work accomplished and trimmed up my grapes and elder plants for the year.

Yeah we made it thru without any real big issue's, just more of a pain in the butt. Glad to hear you did too. We are not used to it sticking around for as long as it did, and the roads seemed to get worse every day around here. But yeah, yesterday was like 72 degrees and not feeling anything like winter, but that's TN for you LOL. Thanks for watching and maybe the worst is behind us for this winter.

How many head of cattle do you have?

Only have 11 total, I really want to expand my herd, but limited on pasture right now. Hoping to change that in the near future.
