It's ridiculous that so many people still don't understand the autobahn. Yes, we don't have a general speed limit, and some parts of the autobahn allow you to drive as fast as you can, but most parts still have very "conservative" speed limits, just like the rest of the world. It's not like you can drive 300 on a 2 lane highway.

Is there alot of arrests or fines in Germany for foreign drivers just going as fast as they want because "autobahn bro no speed limit trust me my friend told me about it" it's something I've wanted to do for the longest time but the videos you see of guys having no idea what they can and can't do on what parts scares me, is the driving test still pretty strict aswell I remember reading you can't use the unrestricted parts of the autobahn unless you have had a license X amount of years and done a extra driver training course, sorry for the million questions I don't know any one German and the internet really isn't that useful t specific questions about a small part of a road network thanks

Well we actually got some good undercover cars aswell! Saw a policy undercover Tesla once and a new model of volvo i think it is the S60.

In the Philippines, we have the back 2 back. It can run over any type of road: city roads, gravel roads, even over rivers. And, it can carry a squad of police in full battle gears.

well, there's also option 2: have an emergency on board. in most countries if you have an emergency on board and you're going to the hospital, police forces are required to escort you if you encounter them

@Donut Media, the United Arab Emirates also has some more conventional high speed police cars in its police fleet, such as the Chevrolet Camaro and the Ford Mustang. I also heard rumors that they wanted to get some of the Trans Am Worldwide Trans Am SD455 vehicles (which is a company that was founded by former Pontiac/GM employees that make heavily modified Chevrolet Camaro vehicles) in their fleets soon.
We also have the later Chrysler 300 SRT as police cars here in Australia with the 6.4L HEMI, the later version unavailable in the US. I own a 2016 300 SRT :)

A lot of Lamborghini parts are actually made in Germany though and only final assembly takes part in Italy. Go to the Böllinger Höfe in Heilbronn, where Audi builds the R8. You'll find some Lamborghini bodys there. Which isn't done for the American market as far as I know.

Here in Hawaii, police officers can drive subsidized police vehicles, basically, they're civilian vehicles (so no marked graphics on them) that officers can drive during their off time because the police departments subsidize them for police work (mainly patrols - they still use marked police cars for arrests and other things). The only difference is that they're certified for police work and while on duty, they have a blue steady glow light on top of the roof.
That's why you see a lot of Toyota 4Runners in the news with police (we also only have one dealership name that sells Toyota vehicles here in Hawaii, so they're making a lot of money). I also saw a couple of Ford Mustangs as police vehicles here (one with a loud exhaust).
I personally have never seen a mustang police car in the uk but I have seen a few subaru wrx sti going around

Policecars germany:
Those where only showcars, made to show what is posible with street legal tuning. None of them are currently in police service.
Autobahn-Patrol Standard: Mercedes E63 AMG, Mercedes GLE 63 AMG, BMW M5, Porsche 911 (very rare)
Never seen any of these "standard" highway patrol cars... Normal 5 series or c class is what you see. 150 HP gang is what they are called
