True facts
Added to the fact that the free kick that gave origin to the play wasn't even a foul. Added to the fact that player number 10 was the entire play on offside. The handball which was an absolute cheating scandal was Henry's play against Ireland in 2009, which allowed France to qualify to the World Cup.

But suspicions were aroused when Liverpool looked bored, missed a penalty, then had a go at their teammate, who almost scored.
After an investigation, the FA banned three United and four Liverpool players for life.

Adding to what Suarez said about the handball. That play came after a dive of a Ghanian player so a free kick was given to them. The Uruguaian was not even close from the Ghanan player when he took the dive. For me its fair enough. Also Uruguay was openly robbed against Netherlands.

I hate cheating. Cheating remains rife because the authorities have never really wanted to tackle it and the penalties are far too light.

There is no rule that doesn't allow you to commit fouls, and was the only way to win the game. Would've be illegal if referee didn't see it and he wasn't punished, but he was.
