Antonio subtly teaching us by "asking" things he already knows the answers to
He’s asking all those for us mere beginners 😅
Antonio also likes to learn :D
Thank you for having me!!
Our pleasure buddy! Thanks for sharing your art with the world!
Rembert is an incredible artist...
I can't explain how happy seeing this video pop-up in my subscriptions made me. I started ArtWOD in the beginning of April after chancing upon it through the Proko video. The concept of mastering primitives in perspective, then sequentially manipulating them into more complex shapes whilst still practicing their application in combinations with each other to create three dimensional art is so simple and obvious that it's ironically genius in it's application. As a weight lifter of almost a decade this approach of honing mindful and dedicated repetitions to master this skill of form is perfect for my learning style.
Rembert's art is so reflective of this outcome and mindset of stellar draftsmanship and he's a huge inspiration for the type of art I'd one day like to make. I plan to take my sweet time with ArtWOD's beginner course (atleast a decade) so I can come out of it with as close to an intuitive understanding of any form in any perspective, such that applying it towards the art I want to make would be a matter of finding my creative voice, rather than being held back by technical skill.
I truly believe artists like Rembert, Antonio, and the ArtWOD team are going to redefine art education for beginners. They're paving a path to mastery in concept art and draftsmanship that's both efficient and enjoyable, especially through their unique drawing drills, for those who put the work in. Thank you very much for the stellar quality you've provided!
Thank you so much for those kind words! It's always so motivating to read these comments from our community confirming our vision for Artwod is heading in the right direction.
Thank you for being such a strong advocate of the program!
Love the artwork, reminds me of a guy I had the pleasure of meeting in Korea before he passed.
The skill that is visible with the sketchbook is insane. Incredible work!
the box tip for planning a scene really changed the way I see things before drawing. Cheers!
This is absolutely exiting, I’m a huge fan of Rembert and I’m super hyped to receive my copy of his sketchbook
Looking forward to seeing this video
The book is amazing! Worth every penny!
Loving this video, thanks so much for making it.
Taking a stab at the question about the pots and ladles at about the 25:00 min mark, I think they're for washing your hands. It's part of Shinto tradition. You wash your hands in a particular way and then clap and bow twice before entering through the shoji gates.
Happy to be corrected. I love all thungs Japanese but have never been there, I just half remember this from a Shinto documentary I saw once 😂❤
i recently saw his sketchbook . Really good sketches i am following him 🙏
So awesome.
Some day I will be able to sketch like this :) Seems so relaxing.
You sure can! Even better now with our sketchbooking course! ;-)
Wow. And great questions by the host
I would absolutely love a video of life drawing sessions outside, marcco bucci and Aaron have done a few and they're by far my favorite art videos
Great idea!
@@ArtWod hehe and if you're in England u better invite me😂😂
great video to watch, these videos really humble yourself because you know that you still have a lot to learn compared to the big artist, love the drawings!!!
Ive never struggle with artist's block. What i struggle with is artist's skill.😅
This is a truly next level sketchbook
It's always great seeing inside other artists sketchbooks.
It is very satisfying to browse through, even more so in person! That's why we recommend always keeping a sketchbook at hand :)
two great artist in the same video, thanks for sharing!
It would be good seeing a brazilian here too, i dont see much brazilian artists around being introduced, and as a brazilian artist it would be nice to see them not only gettin a bit of spotlight but also knowing their journey
So educational!! Truly wonderful ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this information and sharing it
You’re very welcome 🤩 thanks for watching!

This is one of my favorite artists
epic reminders me of kim jung gi :)
90% of this sketchbook is about drawing like Kim Jung Gi to learn great body gesture and perspective. Nicely done
Unfortunately the late kjg was himself a hack. So this is a hack of a hack
Sorry but what does hack mean in this context, English isn't my first language.
@@angrymario8259from what I’ve searched..it means “someone in a profession who isn’t very good at what they do”

Amazing ❤
Nice interview, enjoyed it
I truly wonder if I'll ever match up to artists like this and that of my mentor, a South Korean artist (Jin Kwang Park).
Only started last year in April. Really does make me wonder.
Rembert!!!!!!! now get Peter Han ♥️
He closes his eyes every time he faces the interviewer. Cute quirk.
You have figured it out BECAUSE you keep on learning.
58:37 KJG approves. u so good :D
Since I met you guys I have had a crush on ink. I wanted to ask more or less how long it takes you to make a drawing with many characters, like going to a cafe and capturing the scene (I would love to be able to do something like that).
I don't know this dude a lot but I think he has on crush on this girl Mariel
13:40 there's a ghost at the right side of the sketchbook
Super helpful video
At 48:30 Rembert skipped leg day 😂

14:02 Shibuya before its imminent destruction the night thereafter ... 🤯
I want to buy this book so badly. But my country is cut off from the whole world. Greetings from Russia :(
so... if I mistake something I can keep going till the canvas its completelly black!? LMAO XD ahahahhaha but that thing of dealing with mistakes creativelly is great!
Wow I just found out THU is actually in my country 0.0
I really like your sketches, and the video is great and now I have a question! I want to be a sketch artist for riot so how could I do a portfolio? Thanks in advance .
dont bother , they just fired hundreds of employees
What kind of paper/sketchbook is this? Seems like Montald is using alcohol markers but they’re not bleeding??
You call it artwad, I call it artwood.
ah that swat team guy's legs
cool. I believe this isn't ai, right?

It's like a copy and paste from Kim Jung Gi (R.i.p)...
Trying to be a second rate Kim Jung Gi is really sad. Just do you. That's what's becoming an artist is about.
What does this even mean lol so anyone can’t draw in just pen ? People have been doing this way before KJG even got famous
all this sketches are shadows of an another artist... he knows, you know, and he not being ashamed shows how putrid we artists are.
he more than me tho he is disgusting and a thief
what are you on about?
These are some bad Kim Jung gi copies
You should be ashamed to bring him this much later, after prokos 1 hour video which captured long years back. why should we be shame. Be respectful in your words that is the first art.
