I am pretty much sure he thought it in different way. If there are two choices and you don't know what to pick up as the "right" one. Your description is more about someone who is completely fu*ked up and he will not be definitely interested in this self help content at all. When someone gembles, feels guilty, he better to realize it is not a good choice... When he realizes. Then gambling was a good choice for him because he now know it is not probably the right direction of his life. So he can learn from it and he can step up with whatever is good for him and his life... Of course you can fuck up whole your life with only wrong choices when you are not willing to learng from them but even wrong choice can be good from longer time perspective when you learn from it. Then it was actually a good choice.
The principles and frameworks I’ve learned from trauma work is too amazing to believe, it depends on what step your at in your journey if your even really ready to resonate with this work, but if you take my testimonial as an example, just know know you CAN experience a lighter, more at peace feeling within yourself and thus creating massive momentum for yourself, which Is Maybe the difference you needed to attract your goals. The problem with this methodology is that it is a wrong way of performing emotional release. It is an infantile version without the kinks worked out. In reality, the entire systems of Yoga were created to perform this task however the key difference is that it is a holistic and integrated system that does not result in the unmanageable upheaval of the personality. There is such a thing as too much catharsis at once, it can destroy you and hurt you. The real way is to perform a yoga technique sequence which vents the emotional body, and at the same time limits the upheaval so that your life isn't disrupted, but gradually shifted. One such technique is known as the Solar Yoga, given by Master Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath on youtube. If you practice these techniques, you will gain the benefits of cathartic releasing without overloading yourself and going insane.
