Great video guys, on Christmas Eve 1979 we were travelling from Perth to Wodonga. Unfortunately we rolled our car between Burra and Morgan, the road back then was gravel. Shout out to the local garage in Morgan they worked on our car for six hours enabling us to finish our journey to Wodonga and Christmas Day with family. We were young and running short on funds, the garage looked after us making sure we had enough money to fuel the last leg. On our way back west we dropped in and gave them a gift to show our appreciation. If we had our OZLAPN TH-cam channel running then it would have made a dramatic episode. (noting TH-cam was created in 2005 lol)
Hey Paul & Wenda, we agree that stretch of the Murray was impressive. Another great video, thanks! Your videos are always informative and inspiring. We look forward to seeing you next week. Take care, safe travels, Corrie & Lyn ❤

Terrific episode again guys, glad that you finally made it down to my neck of the woods You are going to love Goolwa ,my wife and I visit Goolwa weekends and really enjoy it. 😊😊
Thanks for stopping by ..... our neck of the woods. We spend a lot of time at Morgan. Hopefully you got a parmy at the top pub too. We are in WA in the persistent rain at the moment otherwise we would have caught up with you somewhere. We both love your videos.
Thank you 😊 that would’ve been great, hopefully we do cross paths. We fell in love with Morgan it is such a charming little town with quite a history and we got to meet a few of the locals Cheers Paul and Wenda
Hi Wenda & Paul, I've loved this whole Murray River trip, thanks for all the tips about campsites & things to see. We are planning a road trip from Tarana (west of Sydney) to Mannum to do a murray river cruise next year. Videos have been so helpful, much appreciated. Denise
@@denisemagregorfraser6954 thank you that’s great to hear 👍 The cruise would be such a great experience. We’d love to hear how it goes Cheers Paul and Wenda
Great video. I loved it. I follow a few caravanning TH-camrs and you guys are the first of them that have followed the beautiful Murray. So great to see something other than the Kimberly and the Gibb River road!
Absolutely loved your video! Hubby and i are planning a trip for next year and we're actually considering going full time traveling in the van. Although the van we have at the moment is not off road, but we have free camped alot and managed ok with gas fridge/stove etc. Personally we need an upgrade. Thanks again for the informative video. Cheers Marie.
Another fantastic video, we're pretty lucky here in Adelaide being so close to many different locations to the Murray River. Glad you enjoyed this part.
@@beyondthegreyoz You said you started at Tom Groggin campground. Did you come from Thredbo? We are wondering what it is like towing a caravan from Thredbo to Khancoban.
@@patleacasdan we only took the van as far as Indi Bridge from Corryong. And did a day trip to Tom Groggin. The road from Khancoban was quite windy and hilly but could be done with a van. We did a video of that part of the trip th-cam.com/video/Q0vjWLPswEo/w-d-xo.html

Say kilometre with the same emphasis you would use for centimetre or millimetre.
