Really DTDC is a Third class courier service.i'm waiting for my courier from 7 days and now delivery status shows that "courier not delivered & Area non serviceable".
One of the most pathetic and disgusting courier service I’ve ever experienced. They never pick up our call. Customer care is always out of service. I did premium booking, they said item will get delivered in 48 hours guaranteed. But its been 7 days now, tracking detail says it is still in pickup. They don’t response to emails. The useless service ever. Why they took the charge for premium when they can’t even provide service for normal delivery.

DTDC, Blue dart courier service must be avoided and Rail transport or speed post must be preferred which is much cheaper ,timely and to avoid exploitation by above courier services. DTDC charged volumetric weight of 100kg of a 27 kg freeze, charges ₹ 12 k , where as I transported 48 kg freeze and utensils by train for only 200 rupees . It took only one day, Durg to Cuttack . Where as the train luggage booking built in slip was sent by dtdc courier on 12th but, not yet received, courier charges ₹365 . It is suggested to all friends to send documents by speed post and luggage by train instead of courier.

The problem they accept all courier even of it's not serviceable to the pincode and they will say come to office and take it . Once I have ordered a samsung s7 tab of rs 45000 from Delhi when the shopkeeper went to DTDC courier they accepted the product even it was not serviceable to my pin code later that courier office manager call me and told actually we can send to nearest office which is 45k from my adress . It was a hell type experience and was too slow it took 16 day to reach nearest courier

Very worst courier in the world !! I sent courier in 25th july from tambaram to karur and they can’t even climb 1st floor to check the office. They simply check below if anyone is there and they will leave without making a phone call. When I called the courier office, they are lying that they called us.. then it reached back to tambaram in 4 days. The courier was dumped for almost 12 days. I tried calling the office and customer care and they were very rude and lethargic behaviour.. finally on 11th August they called me to pick up. It’s an emergency courier of TNEB application. When I went to the office and asked patiently, he is telling his own personal stories !! I told I have applied a new application and ask them to get lost !! Don’t ever courier through this dumpyard Not even worth single star !!

Now I booked 5 marriage cards from gurugram to Jammu as DTDC blue service, on 05 Jun and the packet is delivered today on 10 Jun, after 2 false atrempt without calling and after frequent emails and complaints were raised for the delivery. Yep in my case the parcel came opened my mother prepared pickle for me as I am staying in another state for studying really annoying and bad service upar se itna late delivery 😔😔

Very bad service fraud call aayega usme bolega 5 rs payment krne pe aapka parcel 1hour me deliver ho jayega aur kuchh otp and link sb share krta h aur account se money cut kr liya jaata h
