And if we are paying 8k then, it's understood that insurance must be covered. After my things reached here, many of my things got damaged around 2k. I asked for the coverage. They didn't give anything. These people are scammers and feed on people who are in need.

Blue dart is best. Bit cosly but more reliable than DTDC

What we do for against dtdc
Send a mail to the customer care and ask for compensation from them. Keep a track of all the emails. You might need to wait for a few weeks.
