Hey Ahsan can you make a video on the making the most of your student life by working and simultaneously paying less tax? Like how students can work 1 part time job and 1 mini job so that they maximize their earnings and don't proportioanally pay tax(as mini job has 0 tax), and how students can work full-time in semesterferien etc.. I am confused about this because there is a concept of "number of hours per year", so if you could convert that into practical terms for students, it would be useful...
Yeah you want freebies right? German govt should welcome you on red carpet and let you choose whatever job you wish. Ignore the people struggling for months to get a job here. Just make a wishful fairytale statement and germany would grant it 🤡
Please make a video about self-employment, freelancing in Germany as a Student and more. Documents required, a possible advantage for students and the like cause I heard Freelancing has a different meaning in Germany as to what it means in the US and co. Thank you
Hello Ahsan. Are these new requirements only for employed people or also for Freelancers ? I'll complete 3 years soon and so would love to know if I can apply for a Citizenship or even a PR as a Freiberufler
Well as a freelancer you may need to show your revenue and that you are having good profits since at least the past 6 months. Other than that there is generally no distinction found according to my research.
I would still recommend you directrly contact the foreigners office where you would be submitting your application. As each Kreis( District) has some sort of additional requirements.
Salam Borther I am new to your channel I completed my Bachelor's in Software Engineering and for almost two years I have been working on mobile application development using Flutter and now I wanna come to Germany. Should I come on a Job Seeker Visa or a Student Visa because my friend is also living in Germany and he doing a Master's in Civil Engr. But the problem is that if I get a successful admission to a German university, the issue is an appointment in the Pakistan embassy. They took a long time to for an appointment. I need your help.
Well you have 3 options, 1. Student visa 2. Opportunity Card 3. Direct Job Visa With the current visa appointment situation the first two options have the same probability of appointment so either could be good for you. In parallel I recommend you apply for jobs from Pakistan. If you are able to get a good job your visa application could be processed very quickly if your employer is willing to help.
Hello, In 3:50 you say, A student can work 140 full days alongside the student job. Does it mean the working hours does not belong o the 140 days quota?
hello 👋🏼 I’m a researcher in Germany, specifically a Postdoc. My contract is only 3 years. When you said i will get 9 months to find another job, would that mean i can apply for extension when my Visa expires? and for settlement permit, I suppose I’ll need to present at least B1 level? thank you
@@ahsanfinance i am not holding a Blue Eu card but my salary is within the range of salary that’s eligible for blue card. But my German level is still A2 though so not sure if i am eligible to apply for PR

Salam bro, So if i do a degree of two years and get a job then i would qualify for job seeker visa and when i get a full time job i will be on blue card right. And my student years 2 years + time spend on bluecard say 1 year would count towards citizenship/passport??
Well the blue card depends on your salary, i.e. if you salary is about 43000€/year for MINT professions then yes you would get the blue card. For the citizenship process, yes the time you spend as a student will also be considered.
@@ahsanfinance what if I get the same salary but after doing mba and all would I still get on MINT ? Or how does it work to get citizenship if you get a job after masters
Hey Mann, wie geht's? Vielen Dank für das tolle Video! Ich habe gerade meinen Test gemacht und 100% perfekte Punktzahl erreicht - absolute Perfektion!
Great, may I ask how long have you been in Germany?

What about this law Germany's unprecedented citizenship law requires recognizing Israel's right to exist? It seems passport is impossible after this
Well that is something quite new and anyone who knows Germany, knows their geo-political stance

There are specific student jobs whose hours do not count towards the 140 days allowance.
Right now what’s the job condition are there if you don’t know the German language ?
Depends on your profession, but in almost all cases you need good German language skills
Does the time counted towards citizenship count from the day you legally land or from the day you get your permanent residence?
From the first day you legally land
