Cde. Rex Kapanga, Ex-Caprivi political prisoner

At a Caprivi Concerned Group and UDP Ex-Caprivi political prisoners joint press conference in Katima Mulilo, Caprivi Strip, on 13 December 2015. Like 34 others, he spent 16 years in prison, only to be found NOT GUILTY!
Here he was responding to a question asked by Caprivi Vision Editor, on whether he is not afraid of advocating for UDP and Caprivi independence.
