This is beyond ridiculous. He is an amazing actor and what he does or doesn’t do in his private life should be nobody’s business but his own and the person he is dating. This whole thing that Asian fans do in thinking they have a right to their favourite actor or singers life is absolutely TOXIC and sadly the cause for such a high suicidal rate amongst these beautiful, talented young people. I think it is so sad that he feels that he needs to quit acting, even if it is just for awhile. You can't judge a book by its cover and he seemed to be sincere in his apology. I don't know the whole story, I don't know how serious it was, but it is always better to forgive, than to hold a grudge.
What kills me is that no one is questioning why did the "Ex-Girlfriend" take this to the public. Why did she feel the need to announce to the world that he is a cheater. This action reflects more on her as a person than him. It shows that she is a petty person who is out for vengeance. The first thing I noticed was the word scandal…scandal?! When I saw all the hype about this incident, I thought something was really bad. Now I’m an American we have a much different definition of scandal. Although I’m not proud of it I cheated a few times. To be honest being an actor is difficult. As their life is always up for discussion and everything they do makes headlines. But they are also human beings with feeling and faults just like everyone else. No one is perfect or are able to deal with personal relationships well. And sometimes being famous means having to try and ‘manage’ situations and compromising on who is right or wrong. So when you think about it we will never know really the true facts as such. I mean I don’t like cheaters either but to me just the fact that the ex aired their old history makes me look down on her as a person. She could have sorted things quietly but decided to go public to ruin him. In the end she comes across as a vindictive person. He might not be the greatest boyfriend but he could be a good person. I think it is so sad that he feels that he needs to quit acting, even if it is just for awhile. You can't judge a book by its cover and he seemed to be sincere in his apology. I don't know the whole story, I don't know how serious it was, but it is always better to forgive, than to hold a grudge.
What kills me is that no one is questioning why did the "Ex-Girlfriend" take this to the public. Why did she feel the need to announce to the world that he is a cheater. This action reflects more on her as a person than him. It shows that she is a petty person who is out for vengeance. So, you're telling me that because you got your feelings hurt, you felt the need to ruin the man's career. I could understand if you were married, but dating...really? Until you are legally bound, you have no rights to him & vice versa. And I highly doubt that a male in his late teens/early twenties was headed to the alter anytime soon. From what I understood he said he was taking time away to grow as a person due to these allegations. He probably didn't want it to affect his future works being released for all the cast and crew on those shows. Whatever happen is their own business. Break ups can cause a of anger and frustration. It won't stop me watching his works. I am not saying he did the right thing but only those involved no the full story. It's not my place to judge their personal life, just their work. To be honest being an actor is difficult. As their life is always up for discussion and everything they do makes headlines. But they are also human beings with feeling and faults just like everyone else. No one is perfect or are able to deal with personal relationships well. And sometimes being famous means having to try and ‘manage’ situations and compromising on who is right or wrong. So when you think about it we will never know really the true facts as such. I mean I don’t like cheaters either but to me just the fact that the ex aired their old history makes me look down on her as a person. She could have sorted things quietly but decided to go public to ruin him. In the end she comes across as a vindictive person. He might not be the greatest boyfriend but he could be a good person. That aside he is a great actor and we watch the dramas he acts in and like him for his acting. Just think, if he was a bad actor would you watch his dramas? Who are we to judge or care about his personal life? I am a nobody does anyone care about my personal life? No. So what if his personal life is a mess. I personally don’t care as long as he acts well and makes good dramas that I can watch. People’s lives are they own regardless of what their jobs are.
