Yang Yang did a great job in "Who Rules The World" and worked well with Zhao Lusi. In fact this drama done in 2022 still is in the list of top 20 Chinese historical dramas. You might want to ask Ms. Zhao and Ms. Dilmurat their opinion of mr. Yang on set and as a person. Perhaps they can give you a more honest and realist opinion. Yang Yang is a very likeable young actor. He embodied the character of Yu Tu in " You Are My Glory," with Dilraba Dilmurat as Qaio Jingjing. That was an excellent drama, produced, and directed, and it appeared he emerced himself in that character. It's my favorite drama of his. No one is perfect. Give this young man some grace.
They say he didn’t do well in Fireworks of my heart. Actually I think he did really well. He’s not the Leo Dicaprio type where everything needs to be all over exaggerated. He does subtlety really good, actually better than most. For example, he played the character Song Yan when he was a teenager and when he was older. Read his body language, when we first get to see Song Yan, he was sitting or standing up straight, all the time. This is a habit of people in uniforms. But then when it flashes back to when he was a teenager, he slouches bit, his gestures relaxed. Only a seasoned actor can pull that off. And the way he sleeps straight, he was in the army. That’s practically how all army sleeps. And firemen in China cannot put their hands in their pockets. Yeah they can’t, during in line. When they are really just at a hospital plaza talking to an ex girlfriend, they can. And he was supposed to be an unhinged firefighter. He is supposed to be a bit rude. He wasn’t righteous, he broke protocol several times to always be reprimanded. If he was righteous he would have told the FL since start that her family ruined his career. To be frank in China, the more haters you have indicated to how successful you are. He’s still very much an A-List Actor.
Personally, I learned to admire Chinese drama because of Yang Yang's acting. To me his performance is very good. But I see how the camera men insist on focusing only on his profile more than his performance. If he fails at a job, I don't think he is to blame but the people writing the script. This report on Yang Yang is biased. Has anyone forgotten that he’s just an actor and that ultimately, in any production, there is an incredible amount of people that are telling him what to do, even in the matter of putting his hands in his pockets? Ultimately is the responsibility of the makers of the dramas, movies, miniseries, etc. to get to know the nuances of the characters been played to guide the actors. Many times, actors that have achieved a high level of respect in the industry will give ideas or refuse to do certain things, but at the end of the day, most actors are under the control and expectations of at least 6 people (writer, executive producer, producer, director, cinematographer, editor) and even private investors. Why putting his hands in his pockets is a sign of HIS disrespect and arrogance for the firefighters? It should be said that the crew had no idea of what been a firefighter in China is all about. That fans have the kind of power to raise or destroy an individual due to their personal likes or dislikes is terrifying; especially in Asia where so many people in the entertainment industry have lost their precious lives due to fandom’s feelings of entitlement to meddle with these individuals’ public and private lives. This kind of harassment should lead to prosecution for defamation and bullying, to say the least!
I just watched The king's avatar and Who rules the world. These are the first 2 drama's I watched with him in it. My opinion of both roles is that he is a great actor and I cannot wait to see more drama's with him in it.

Honestly speaking, I am not a Cdrama fan, but when I tried watching "Who Rules the World" led me watching more Cdramas especially the epic period in wuxia. And from thereon I came to like and follow the great Chinese actors like Yang Yang. His acting performance in WRTW is amazing and superb. Notwithstanding his notable chemistry with Zhao Lusis. From the perspective of an American, the tropes of a handsome male lead are over-the-top with most of the Chinese dramas I've seen. It feels like propaganda in the WRITING to portray the male lead as the best at everything, the most handsome, with girls gushing over them. That is not a Yang Yang problem. That is a WRITING problem, and it's a trend that I've picked up on in most Chinese dramas. Lead characters worth an audience are imperfect and actually more interesting. Yang Yang makes an excellent, believable flawed male lead that is likeable. That's a challenge for the Chinese drama writers to address. Sometimes the story becomes BORING quickly when the male lead has it all. Best wishes to Yang Yang. He is still great at what he does!

I discovered #YANGYANG on 020 on Netflix. All other Chinese shows I have watched are because of him. Also enjoyed Avatar, WRTW and others. I find him a nuanced actor. When you are riding high, people want to drag you down. ( I have watched 020 2x now and am about to watch Avatar again)

Нормальный молодой китайский актёр, умеющий работать с материалом и внимательно слушающий режиссёра. Химия с главной героиней не случается? Ну, так если актриса деревянная, так и химии не видать. "Лёгкая улыбка..." практически вся на нём выезжала, ибо Чжень Шуэнь (если я правильно пишу имя) местами была кукольной не только по сценарию. "Ты - мой триумф" с Дильрабой не смотрела, ибо Дильрабу не люблю, но, судя по роликам и фото, там было всё отлично. Недаром рейтинг взлетел. Вон Шуран в дораме про пожарных и медиков была вымученной, поэтому мне Ян Яна было жаль до слёз. Вот не верила я совершенно словам о любви. Смотрела с ним и Джеки Чаном боевик 2020, что ли, года "Авангард: Арктические волки" и мне очень покатило, каким Ян Ян там был шикарно скромным. Они там такую командную работу показали, что я готова была аплодировать. В "Кто правит миром" у него с Чжао Лу Сы был очень слаженный дуэт. И в кадре, и за кадром. Я бы удивилась, конечно, если бы Лу Сы его не расшевелила, потому что эта девочка похожа на зажигалку - сколько не смотрю с ней видео с разных съёмок - движуха, обсуждения с режиссёром, взрывы хохота... У Ян Яна на лице было написано, что он удовольствие получает рядом с Лу Сы. И дорама взлетела. Народ в комментариях на платформе рыдал, когда кино закончилось... А вы такую ерунду собрали...

Прекрасный сериал , смотрела много раз просто вам не нравится эта актриса 😂. Вам нравится Луси - Я с Луси смотрела Скрытая любовь ещё летом , но так и не досмотрела , потому как начал выходить Фейерверк моего сердца . И до Луси Я не вернулась . Ребу Я вообще не могу смотреть , чувствуется искусственность в Триумфе , но Любовь от Кутюр мне понравилась , ее игра там естественнее . Любимчиков особо не было , но нравилось смотреть фильмы с Бай Лу , против Лучи ничего не имею плохого но тот сериал так не досмотрела . Yang Yang is a very likeable young actor. He embodied the character of Yu Tu in " You Are My Glory," with Dilraba Dilmurat as Qaio Jingjing. That was an excellent drama, produced, and directed, and it appeared he emerced himself in that character. It's my favorite drama of his. No one is perfect. Give this young man some grace.

They say he didn’t do well in Fireworks of my heart. Actually I think he did really well. He’s not the Leo Dicaprio type where everything needs to be all over exaggerated. He does subtlety really good, actually better than most. For example, he played the character Song Yan when he was a teenager and when he was older. Read his body language, when we first get to see Song Yan, he was sitting or standing up straight, all the time. This is a habit of people in uniforms. But then when it flashes back to when he was a teenager, he slouches bit, his gestures relaxed. Only a seasoned actor can pull that off. And the way he sleeps straight, he was in the army. That’s practically how all army sleeps.
And firemen in China cannot put their hands in their pockets. Yeah they can’t, during in line. When they are really just at a hospital plaza talking to an ex girlfriend, they can.
And he was supposed to be an unhinged firefighter. He is supposed to be a bit rude. He wasn’t righteous, he broke protocol several times to always be reprimanded. If he was righteous he would have told the FL since start that her family ruined his career.
To be frank in China, the more haters you have indicated to how successful you are. He’s still very much an A-List Actor.

But I see how the camera men insist on focusing only on his profile more than his performance. If he fails at a job, I don't think he is to blame but the people writing the script. Has anyone forgotten that he’s just an actor and that ultimately, in any production, there is an incredible amount of people that are telling him what to do, even in the matter of putting his hands in his pockets? Many times, actors that have achieved a high level of respect in the industry will give ideas or refuse to do certain things, but at the end of the day, most actors are under the control and expectations of at least 6 people (writer, executive producer, producer, director, cinematographer, editor) and even private investors. Why putting his hands in his pockets is a sign of HIS disrespect and arrogance for the firefighters? It should be said that the crew had no idea of what been a firefighter in China is all about. That fans have the kind of power to raise or destroy an individual due to their personal likes or dislikes is terrifying; especially in Asia where so many people in the entertainment industry have lost their precious lives due to fandom’s feelings of entitlement to meddle with these individuals’ public and private lives. This kind of harassment should lead to prosecution for defamation and bullying, to say the least!

It feels like propaganda in the WRITING to portray the male lead as the best at everything, the most handsome, with girls gushing over them. That is not a Yang Yang problem. That is a WRITING problem, and it's a trend that I've picked up on in most Chinese dramas. Lead characters worth an audience are imperfect and actually more interesting. Yang Yang makes an excellent, believable flawed male lead that is likeable. That's a challenge for the Chinese drama writers to address. Нормальный молодой китайский актёр, умеющий работать с материалом и внимательно слушающий режиссёра. Химия с главной героиней не случается? Ну, так если актриса деревянная, так и химии не видать. "Лёгкая улыбка..." практически вся на нём выезжала, ибо Чжень Шуэнь (если я правильно пишу имя) местами была кукольной не только по сценарию. "Ты - мой триумф" с Дильрабой не смотрела, ибо Дильрабу не люблю, но, судя по роликам и фото, там было всё отлично. Недаром рейтинг взлетел. Вон Шуран в дораме про пожарных и медиков была вымученной, поэтому мне Ян Яна было жаль до слёз. Вот не верила я совершенно словам о любви. Смотрела с ним и Джеки Чаном боевик 2020, что ли, года "Авангард: Арктические волки" и мне очень покатило, каким Ян Ян там был шикарно скромным. Они там такую командную работу показали, что я готова была аплодировать. В "Кто правит миром" у него с Чжао Лу Сы был очень слаженный дуэт. И в кадре, и за кадром. Я бы удивилась, конечно, если бы Лу Сы его не расшевелила, потому что эта девочка похожа на зажигалку - сколько не смотрю с ней видео с разных съёмок - движуха, обсуждения с режиссёром, взрывы хохота... У Ян Яна на лице было написано, что он удовольствие получает рядом с Лу Сы. И дорама взлетела. Народ в комментариях на платформе рыдал, когда кино закончилось... А вы такую ерунду собрали...

Любимчиков особо не было , но нравилось смотреть фильмы с Бай Лу , против Лучи ничего не имею плохого но тот сериал так не досмотрела . Ян Ян и Ван Чуран смотрела впервые и этот фильм тронул до глубины души . У меня времени достаточно чтоб смотреть дорамы , я их тысячи пересмотрела , для меня много прекрасных актеров .
Definitely NO... his acting skills are phenomenal! Sometimes its his FL that isn't up to his level. People complain that cameras are catching is handsome side profile while filming...they know that's not up to him right? Gosh! Directors and camera crew did that. Also it's Love "Oh 2 Oh" (not Love Oh 20) 😂 -- Such a click Bait title. He isn't public enemy at all
