that kind of abuse (" you're no longer allowed to use the freezer, I'm getting in trouble, I'm gonna lose, etc") happens gradually over time. most of the time without you realizing it. I'm sure she would not say things like that in the beginning of their relationship.

If I told my partner he wasn't allowed to use the freezer anymore, he would legit laugh in my face.
This is not a man, he is just her wallet. She has no respect for him because he has no respect for himself.
