@@erickortiz2024 hello Erick and thank you for watching the tour. Yes the elevation for the home is definitely an eye catcher. That is a fair opinion on the price. They already dropped it a bit. I feel it may have to come down a little bit more. Time will tell.
No ceiling fans, carpet in bedrooms, no tray ceiling in master, back patio is ridiculous, WTH we’re they thinking putting that window in the master shower? 😂 Seriously? In this market, $270k Max…
@@spinfish1434 hello and thank you for watching the tour. I can honestly say I agree with your observations. Especially the window in the shower. I’m not sure if this one sold yet. I’d have to confirm. If still on the market I could see it dropping price a bit. Thanks again for watching the tour. I hope you can enjoy future content. What areas would you like to see tours in?
@@spinfish1434 sounds good. I’ll work on getting some homes done in those areas. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and suggestions!!
4 years ago that house would have been 320,000 k max. I think living in the Orlando area has just become too expensive and I have been here my whole life. Ocala or Citrus Springs offers much better value for money especially if you have a work from home job.
@@chriswb7 Chris thank you so much for viewing the tour. I appreciate the support!! I definitely appreciate the fact that you took the time to leave a comment. I agree with you. I’ve lived in Orlando all of my life since ‘89. I’ve watched this city grow much like you have. Cost of living has definitely gone up quite a bit due to supply and demand. It’s city beautiful. Many want to live here due to the tourism and lifestyle. Ocala and Citrus Springs have become the to go to cities for families to relocate to, and for folks to retire. For now it offer great opportunities. Ocala is growing rapidly, and Citrus is trying to catch up. Prices will begin to rise here too in the long run. A lot of growth and job opportunities are coming soon to Ocala. I’d be happy to get on a call with you a chat a little more about it. I always enjoy listening to different views. Thanks again for the support. I hope you continue to enjoy future content on this channel. Let me know if there are any cities in particular that you would like to see. Take care and stay safe!!
@@729aldo hello and thank you for watching the tour. I can see that being the selling price for this one. Compared to other prices homes have sold for in the area, it seems that it should go for under $400k. Time will tell. Thanks again for the support. @@3sons66 I appreciate the feedback. The back patio is definitely a feature I didn’t like for this one. For the price they are asking for you should have a covered patio, or at least a cement slab. The exterior is taking on a minimalist design. Some like that, some prefer a little more involvement with the design. I feel like everything is still COVID priced. Some homes, gas, food, etc. What areas interest you when it comes to finding a home?
That lot next door is sinking 😮
Love the outside looks! Honestly to much money not enough house

Covid priced. Super bland exterior. Minimal features, back patio is a joke. Definitely a HARD PASS!
