Yes, Just did it less than an hour ago
Steady flight is unlocked with TWW Pathfinder. It's not automatic.

No way! I normally use dragon riding and i phase through the boat. this is crazy!
You will still phase through the boat with this but you can easily adjust by just going upwards! It's truly so much better
