Very reasonable priced for a world 1st class city. As NYC and Paris is pretty bad nowadays, those can't even be rated 1st class, but they sure charge rent like they are somehow.

First of all, congratulations! My wife and I found your channel when you posted your first Shanghai video. We have watched every episode since. My wife is from Shanghai but we live here in America. We enjoyed your videos because of you and because it's nice to see Shanghai when we are not there. We always enjoyed your travel, food, and coffee tips. We are sorry to see you leave Shanghai but it sounds like the best for you. We will continue to watch but we will miss seeing you in Shanghai.

There is no garden on the roof but there is small outdoor resting area on the second floor, quite nice!
The fridge is tiny. No way I'm spending $1200 a month and a year lease for that.
