I am very electronically challenged. If you cannot program your remote from this video then you cannot program a remote from any video. This video was excellent he talk to slow enough for me to do everything step-by-step it was the best one I’ve seen

I had to look this up. We recently go DirecTV, and I connect the ethernet, and even though I disconnected it, it still shows wifi name, and shows the apps. And I want to get rid of that. Anyways, I was pressing here and there, and then the remote just stopped working. So this really helped a lot. Thank you, a serious life saver.

2/6/2020 ~ worked perfectly. My tv was not shutting off. Went through process and menu had indicated it was programmed for other Vizeo tv and NOT my Magnavox...changed to Magnavox and worked perfectly!

Thank you very much. My remote in my bedroom stopped working last night and somewhere I saw that it could be reprogrammed. I did something and don't remember what. This morning it was working but the living room was doing the same thing. I called direct TV and asked if it could be reprogrammed. They lied and said no. They said they would charge me for a new remote and it would be next week before I get it. That sucked. I asked if I could use a receiver out of the other room and they said no, that it would not work. Another lie. I went to you tube and found you. I learned how and to reprogram my remotes and did so. Thank you kindly.

Dude thanks. Watched Netflix on my smart tv for like a year and some change because I lost my original remote. And by lost I mean one night I came home trashed I puked on my remote washed it in the sink and and fked up my remote. I stole the remote from the living room just to watch tv in my room.
