    What did you use to coat and preserve the bark?

    Would certainly be nice if he explained what he was doing.

    Not too value add if you don't show the product you used to coat the bark, bottom side of table, and top side of table. Please let us know what product works best to keep the bark on for a long time. Lacquer, Polyurethane, Epoxy, what…?

      I couldn't agree more... did he intentionally hide the product names/labels?!

    My whole reason for watching this is to learn and hopefully get product info not song choices 🤦🏽‍♀️

    I agree. I watched this video so that i could do one myself. This literally tells me nothing I need to accomplish it. Great looking table, but how the F did you get there lol.

    How do you keep the bark from eventually falling away?

    Looks great, but I would be tempted to fill the cracks with resin.

    I see this was three years ago. Do you still have the table and is the bark still on it? And it would be nice if you turned the label of the can facing the camera so we could see what you were using.

    Do you have to use the router? I don't have one however I do have a large belt sander. Can I just sand this down to get the same results?

    Not wasting my time where the content creator is either unwilling or unable to speak and articulate their process.

    Nice job of showing us nothing and no idea what products or tools you used! Keep up the worthless work.

    He used polyurethane for the bottom and sides, the top is osmo polyx

    • @aboodhart1399
      @aboodhart1399 ปีที่แล้ว

      will the poly be enough? I'm making a small table (my first ever live edge table) and I got an amazing deal on a beautiful piece of almond wood the reason I got such a good deal cuz the bottom is basically all bark but its 3" thick so it's still ok I was thinking of treating the bark with epoxy but poly is a lot cheaper so I just wanna know if the poly would be enough
      I'm going to buy the wood finish tomorrow so the sooner the reply the better
      thank you

      @@aboodhart1399 all i know is epoxy is way better bonding to keep the bark on than poly
