Crossing over into your consume will be a threshold from which you never return. Consume will teach you stillness.

Fun fact about serotonin is that it relaxes people while making lobsters more aggressive. It's more of a maring thing for lobsters apparently.

Related concept 'flow state', being in an equilibrium of challenge and expected outcome. Too hard without reward = burnout, too easy = boredom. Seems that by conquering your demons you start to decrease the difficulty + reframe the rewards because you arent fighting yourself the whole way through. 'HealthyGamerGG' channel discusses this idea on more of a neuroscience angle and addresses it from a meditative + cognitive reframing POV.
I think that early on the 'reward' in your equation is immature and basically just wanting to keep a savior high going, whereas growth comes from realizing that the true reward is what happens when you do your demons. People who have complicated lives early on are forced to reframe their sense of expectations. I achieved career success at 18 but couldn't maintain it because my goals and actions became immature and not effective, lead to a lot of burnout and setbacks. Reframing what success means and what it takes is the process that enables you to obtain it. Tbh the worst thing that can happen is stumbling into success early on and never having to realize that you don't have 'it' whatever you thought 'it' was. Lifetime of mediocracy until figuring it out.

Yeah, I'm kind of aware that I'm consciously unconscious (Sleep savior) but it's easier this way. I wake up when it's am emmergency, so I don't mind the rest.

    diagreed.
being unconscious makes you reactive and childlike which creates chaos in your life.
being conscious is the real way to happiness.
    meditation helps for this.

      Consciousness is a lie
No one is in control of themselves, pretending you’re in control keeps you addicted.

@@robertpierce3983 from my own experience: no. ever since I started my joinrey to becomming more conscious (2020) I’ve gotten more control in my career, was more goal oriented and have even found a healthy relationship.
being unconscious feels easier, but it def leads to chaos

That's what he's saying, but what he is implying too is that when life is "good," there is always something still to learn from life. It's cool that you're on the happy and you've "made it," but life is still in charge. There's always something to learn or humble us. I agree. Meditation can help us see the mind for what it is. Peace. 🙏🏼
