It shows in the directions how to turn the sound machine on, you just hold the top of it for a few seconds then do the same to turn it off. And if you tap the top you can turn the light on and off. You can also adjust the volume by holding down the up and down arrows, you click the up and down arrows to change the sound. You hold the bottom "T" button to adjust the brightness of the light, then you click the "T" button for the different timers.

Am I the only one that laughs my ass off at the faces these two make when each other are talking lol especially jennica when annica is testing her mama’s patience 🙄 lol I absolutely love the relationship you guys have. You can tell how special it is. Oh and for real jennica. That idea that you had to write post cards on your dc school trip when you were in 8th grade if I’m not mistaken to your future baby girl so that you could recreate your trip together when annica started her 8th grade was nothing short of epic. I honestly felt so many emotions during that video and it was truly a privilege to witness. Honestly the fact that you even came up with that idea let alone followed through with it ( without looking at the post cards and spoiling the natural reaction was pretty impressive to say the least lol I don’t comment that often on videos but sometimes it’s nice to show the creators ie. you guys! Lol that you’re really inspiring people and especially with everything that is going on globally. A bit of harmless fun is just what we all need so thank you ! Xx

i had literally check y’all’s channel last night before i went to bed. see this, this morning and i clicked so fast! i have those same gel pins! i love them so much! i also have that same eye mask and it literally makes a world of difference. one water bottle that has made a world of difference for me is my 64 oz iron flask with their built in straws. i’m a dog groomer, so having to keep my hand always on the pet, it’s so easy for me to grab with one hand and pull the tab for the straw. it’s around anywhere to $30-39. totally worth it and comes with many different colors, including ombré. i got the red and purple.
