I’m having my first meet in a few months and I’m scared😕 what is the layout of the meet , like for 100m is it just one race and if u win u win medals ? And I’m also so scared that everyone is going to be extremely fast and I’ve never timed my 100m so idk if my speed is good or bad 😭ahhh I’m stressing ! Any tips please

well, first off, u should time urself to see if u have good times. If there's a lot of heats, there might be multiple 100s, but a 100 is just straight down. At the end, you get get your medals. Try not to stress too much(I feel ur pain) gl
