60 min Yin Yoga for Runners | Deep Stretches for Feet, Calves, Quads, Hips

    This is a one hour yin yoga practice that focuses heavily on the feet, ankles, calves, quads, and hips (all the areas well loved by runners...but you don't necessarily have to be a runner to enjoy this one 😊). I hope this practice feels as good in your body as it does mine - these are some of my favorite stretches on my rest/recovery days.
    Practice Outline:
    Toe Stretch
    Ankle Stretch
    Caterpillar
    Dragon
    Squat
    Supported Bridge
    Figure 4
    Figure 4 Twists
    Corpse
    Props (optional, but nice to have):
    2 Blocks
    1 Blanket

    Hello Brittany - I am not a runner but I love this class, well maybe not the dragon pose🥰, very intense. Really felt terrific and I thank you so very much.
    I meant to get back to you about Treasure Island here in Florida. Only spent a little time there, mostly near Madeira Beach but I love the gulf - water and the white sand.
