I am really baffled why she isnt recognized for her body of work at nearly the level she should be, imo. She writes and performs truly unique, exquisite songs and has done so for decades. Its a mystery to me why she isnt known by music lovers everywhere

I adore both of these artists. I got excited when I saw that Neko and Rosanne were friends. I discovered the youtube video of Rosanne being inducted into the Austin City Limits Hall of Fame. Neko was a part of it. Then seeing this...wow! I love hearing Rosanne talk, but here, it is wonderful to see what a great listener she is. You must do that to be able to ask good followup questions, or to add to the conversation. This was awesome....and a rarity. Great artists and great human beings enjoying examining their craft and how they feel about it.
Totally agree with you Neko about experiencing a show and hearing the murmur of the room. Only thing is making out should be banned. Went to see you at Barbican and there were two people making out in front of me the entire time and they would only stop to clap in between songs. Puke.
That’s interesting what she says about not being completely silent at shows because the first time I saw her I was talking quietly to a friend and this guy got all mad at me about it 😂
