It’s not about the whole house being on a diet. It’s about obesity and the food is sold in those stores are killing us slowly and if she don’t correct y’all eating habit everyone will need weight loss in the future. you’re talking to someone who struggle with obesity that food is killing everyone Read packaging on the food 😮 it’s definitely a lifestyle change, but do what’s best for you, if you feel like eating that stuff is OK didn’t do that see how you feel about the time you are 30 years old 😮 blessing.

@@denher6463 trust me I learned the hard way 500 pounds later and I’m 300 pounds now and I did not have weight loss surgery. I did my natural. I have a bad relationship with I am emotional eater. but we have to do research on the food so we are putting in our body because sickness make money they want us to crave that food. I stop eating a lot of stuff. They are literally trying to kill us slowly. It’s so much food that’s made in US The other countries do not allow and it’s a reason why I normally do not tell people what to do, but this needs to be talked about because food is a drug too

I just can't get with children that young wearing tops with their stomach out. I really can't see it period, but to each it's own. You are a great mom, but you have daughter's and have to set good examples for them. Booty shorts out in public, we as mother's of daughter's have to do better. There are no more examples for the younger generation now, because we want to dress like them. God bless you beautiful.

I didn't cut my carbs - I just watch the amount I eat and try to make better choices..Your body needs carbs but not an overload of them...I made a lifestyle change - no diets or gimmicks..It is all about balance...I monitor myself during the week and allow myself cheat days on the weekends, because it is a habit now I barely eat differently or need the cheat days. .
So true. I wanted to lose 12 pounds. Did the Mediterranean diet faithfully for 6 weeks. I GAINED 12 POUNDS!!!! WTH?
I started eating what I wanted in smaller portions. Splurge on one weekend day. I did quit sugar and have stuck to that, I have arthritis and sugar is the devil for it . I’ve been loosing weight fast now. Not all diets are created equal. Obviously the Mediterranean wasn’t good for me. Depriving yourself isn’t good for your body or mind! Portion control works for me.

With my granddaughter's dog, we still use training pads, plus take him out. I knew that shirt wasn't going to fit. You had to cut the side of that shirt to fit. Why do you keep buying clothes if you're still on your weight loss journey?
