Man I was filled with energy after holding a hand up and asked how many fingers I was holding up, the apparent answer was 1, yet after I revealed my other hand out of sight had some extended fingers. Then said that stress/anger was like a virus & like a ghost, it can't be or hurt you. Boom, my awareness heightened & in my quest to figure out what TF is happening I scared myself & it went from good to bad quick. Trying to find balance between bliss & deer in the headlights fear. I just feel bad for bringing it around my loved ones. Desperately trying to get control so I don't hurt or negatively affect anyone just because of my curiosity and interest in life.. The vast cosmos. Ndes, religion. I knew ufos didn't exist until I pivoted my head as an adolescent & immediately knew otherwise. Esp, same thing after stumbling upon third eye spies. It's impossible to go back so I must go through. I've had so much love, in tears of joy level of happiness. All points are connecting for me & I just get pent up, likely build up energy causing heavy discomfort

I was in a relationship with a narcissist and I ended it 2 years ago because I was deeply depressed and started becoming suicidal.. And I believe that's also what woke me up! The relationship was a blessing and a curse, and I haven't been happier since.
I wish I could be as strong as you. I did take a break from him but his coming back saying sorry made me took him back... since then I dont feel any genuine happiness in just anything I do.
@@lionesss06 It took me YEARS to break out of that loop. I broke up with him, well tried to, 5 times out of the 8 years we spent together. Life was miserable but I saw no way out. Until one day I had a sudden burst of strength. For the first time in my life I knew I'd be better off without him, no matter what happened to me. Don't give up, you're stronger than you know. When's it's right, you can and will leave, I'm sure of it.
Good for you! I was with one for 7 years & people don’t understand what it does to you mentally & emotionally as an empath. Takes you deep down the rabbit hole & no one knows that or even the red flags until they’ve been through it with one... you never fully see it while you’re going through it, but afterward it’s like I dealt with that for that long? You have to understand what part of yourSelf is drawing them into your life & create a healthier relationship with yourSelf, as well as boundaries. Tough lesson leaned, but life changing once it is!

I had to pause this when CL talked of “they do not know they are dead”. My father came to me in an emotionally charged dream. I kept telling him that he was dead as he sat looking lost and mumbling incomprehensibly in his “own realm”. A year later he appeared again and told me “I am alright now”. I can Never forget or shake it off. He was an abusive person.

Unfortunately as a youth I used to hurt myself to try to hurt my mom. That didn’t work and don’t recommend. Neither of my parents were conscious evolved beings so that took a toll and was detrimental to my life and then spent about 13 years with a man I knew I didn’t really want to be with, I just wanted someone, needless to say that had severe repercussions and I am glad to say I am currently taking my power back and working to heal my body because man my health, my solar plex and nerves have took so many hits that like you said my body isn’t able to stay healthy at this point. It’s sad to see how many people have been affected by narcissists, I’m included. Fortunately it’s becoming more known and understood. The narc has caused me to reconnect to self and source but I still struggle with wanting to see him get his karma, mostly in hopes that he will correct his behaviour for the sake of our son.

My youngest is suicidal my oldest an alcoholic but got away from his father he has met a great woman and had a baby. I pray for them everyday I wish I would’ve known all this years ago. My addiction has progressed in ways that are so unlike me and I even feel at times that my cravings aren't even my own! Please, I must know more. Today, I decided that I am finally done with this. I have so much more important things to be doing! I have always felt that I'm here to just love the world and help others on a huge scale and when i embarked on this journey of addiction i realized that i was here so i could make it out and help others find their way out too. But traditional recovery has never interested me. Unfortunately, medicaid doesn't usually cover the more holistic based rehabs either. So I've just basically been teaching myself everything I can about neuropsychology and neuroplasticity and spirituality and more but something has been missing. It makes so much sense. I was addicted to tranquillisers for years after being wrongly given them by a doctor. During this time I had night terrors when dark entities would visit me most nights when I could feel them lying on top of me and clawing at me. Really scary and unsettling. When I learned all of what Christina talks about here re daily energy clearing and invoking archangel Michael as well as Master St Germaine and the Violet Flame and by saying the same mantras she mentions, everything went away. The desire to take more tablets and the dark entities and night terrors. Never looked back since. I also regularly cleanse myself and my house using Paolo santo or sage. I definitely agree with your perspective on ghosts! It doesn't seem like there are many "modern souls." I see ghosts (more so when I was a kid) and many of them were from the 1800s or older. I hope this means that less and less people are afraid of joining the source!
I've started to listen to several teachers on TH-cam. Most call themselves spiritual teachers. I believe this teacher is indeed. Instead of villifying demons and psychic vampires she asks us to give compassion. This is similar to the practice of Metta or loving kindness that Buddha gave to his disciples when they encountered spirits in the woods. Love all. Love conquers all.

Many years ago I saw myself in a relationship with a text book narcissist. Back then I was very young and totally unaware of my own power...I didn’t know I could simply say no. I remember one day, after a bad argument I felt so exhausted that I fell asleep in my bed in the afternoon ...in those moments between consciousness and dream I heard this powerful voice saying “yellow is your colour, this is your energy” and felt this pressure feeling in my solar plexus...I didn’t understand then what was that about but now I know were my spiritual guides telling me I had the power to get out of that situation.

I bought my house from a widow, Josie. Her husband Joe, had died immediately of a sudden heart attack in the middle of the night, 3 months previously. The basement was his "man cave" where he worked on old cars, woodworking, hung up his fishing rods, etc. We saw and felt him for years. 2 years ago a friend's son, Richard, age 31, moved into the basement to live while he completed college. He would wake up at night and see a tall thin man stomping around the basement and taking his hand trying to swipe the stuff off the table, etc. Richard, shyly told me about his "dreams" and I explained who it was. Yes, they are around. They like to be acknowledged, not feared.

Wow this is so on point!!! I was an addict and just couldn’t get clean. Seen a shaman and there was a spirit attached to me who died of a heroin overdose, heroin was my drug of choice!!! My ego/unconsciousness mainly wants me to listen to it instead of my soul consciousness and to feel incapable. It doesn’t want me to feel capable of bringing my soul gift into the world. This has manifested in two motor vehicle accidents both which left me feeling.. incapable! So my work was to deeply know I am source energy and to follow soul guidance and feel capable and divinely supported and that even though my soul path has valuable info to share w world, just my existence is enough so I don’t have to push or worry about doing this work actually. These days I am feeling void aspect of awakening. I don't know anything. I feel nothing. I am exhausted all the time. I don't have any intuitive guidance to achieve or do something. Yes, ive been going through the same thing. One of my friends explained that it could be the dark night of the soul. So we just have to work through clearing blockages, like past traumas or triggers.

I just have no clue how or where to start. I also have 5 autoimmune diseases and have very little energy. It is all so overwhelming. I am a hsp.

I'm not a usual drinker but I had my guard down one night and ended up in a chaotic noisy crowd where I ended up drinking way too much alcohol. For weeks afterwards, I felt like my energy centers had shut down. I was in such a denseness I felt sickly for days on end with only little light flowing through me. This horrid experience gave me a heightened sense of gratitude for my level of consciousness before the alcohol mistake. It's like I didn't really know just how far I had come over the years. This was over 2-weeks ago and I'm still not all the way back, but I'm much better than I was last week. It's a slow healing but it is happenning... thankfully. Understanding why negative energy occurs! There is either energy you picked up on that is not yours to own, there is a learning lesson to be taught and understood, or something for you to heal and release! Trust in the process when it’s the learning lesson or something for you to heal has come up. Trusting in the lower vibrational moments just as much as the higher vibrational moments will allow you to uplift yourself easier. Always understand that the universe has your back!

I've read that it helps to replace it with something less damaging when getting over an addiction. The man in the story chewed toothpicks to stop smoking. Or you could try chewing gum. I got over my most intense alcohol addiction with flavored carbonated water.
I believe the "intention setting" helped me the most. Before Christina, I had no idea how much this can help to really stand my ground and show my true self.😍

I was doing pretty good in the beginning of my Awakening set off by twin flame, then something dark got in the middle of it Ive seen it jump out of people and tell me you will never be with him or just nasty stuff it would say to me when I would see the shadow jump out of a person as I was talking to them. And lately I've been getting hit by a lot of negative lower vibrational energy anytime I have to deal with my husband's stuff after he passed. I've been doing my best to ground and get rid of it. I feel like I'm still coming into my power (and I have a ways to go), but I'm grateful that I'm usually able to spot the narcissists and other energy vampires, pretty quickly, and take appropriate action. There's a woman that I met, recently, and I had her over for coffee. Afterwards, she texted me to say that I was a breath of fresh air. On my side, I felt drained and headachy, and it seemed like she had sucked the life out of me. I was polite, at first, but after sleeping on it, I realized that the connection was toxic and that I had to disconnect, in order to prevent myself from losing more energy to her. I felt the energies of something in my dream last night...I literally could feel the child trying to grab me. This is the second time that I screamed myself to wake up. It's hard to explain 😕 all I know is that there were quite a few energies attaching themselves to me.

From the moment I've started watching it, my mood changed instantly and I've experienced pain in my back and loss of joy. I've struggled to watch this video for 3 hours. I understood right away it was something. I've put shamanic drumms, lighted palo santo, expressed my intentions and called for help from my guides. The pain from my back just didn't wanted to go away, so I've massaged it with the fascia roller and continued to dance and purify my energetical field. I felt like a smoke getting out of my head and started to feel dizzy. After 30 minutes of dancing and sending the negative energy into the light, I felt so much better. It was cathartic. For all of you out there, start practicing these spiritual exercises that Christina so lovingly shares with us. This will help the world to become a much better place. Complaining doesn't help! Man I was filled with energy after holding a hand up and asked how many fingers I was holding up, the apparent answer was 1, yet after I revealed my other hand out of sight had some extended fingers. Then said that stress/anger was like a virus & like a ghost, it can't be or hurt you. Boom, my awareness heightened & in my quest to figure out what TF is happening I scared myself & it went from good to bad quick. Trying to find balance between bliss & deer in the headlights fear. I just feel bad for bringing it around my loved ones. Desperately trying to get control so I don't hurt or negatively affect anyone just because of my curiosity and interest in life.. The vast cosmos. Ndes, religion. I knew ufos didn't exist until I pivoted my head as an adolescent & immediately knew otherwise. Esp, same thing after stumbling upon third eye spies. It's impossible to go back so I must go through. I've had so much love, in tears of joy level of happiness. All points are connecting for me & I just get pent up, likely build up energy causing heavy discomfort

I was in a relationship with a narcissist and I ended it 2 years ago because I was deeply depressed and started becoming suicidal.. And I believe that's also what woke me up! The relationship was a blessing and a curse, and I haven't been happier since.

@@lionesss06 It took me YEARS to break out of that loop. I broke up with him, well tried to, 5 times out of the 8 years we spent together. Life was miserable but I saw no way out. Until one day I had a sudden burst of strength. For the first time in my life I knew I'd be better off without him, no matter what happened to me. Don't give up, you're stronger than you know. When's it's right, you can and will leave, I'm sure of it.

Good for you! I was with one for 7 years & people don’t understand what it does to you mentally & emotionally as an empath. Takes you deep down the rabbit hole & no one knows that or even the red flags until they’ve been through it with one... you never fully see it while you’re going through it, but afterward it’s like I dealt with that for that long? You have to understand what part of yourSelf is drawing them into your life & create a healthier relationship with yourSelf, as well as boundaries. Tough lesson leaned, but life changing once it is!

Omg you described my daughter. She is a lightworker and has struggled with negative entity attachment and shadow entities for years. She doesn't know herself tho. She doesn't believe she has the power to get rid of them.
I had to pause this when CL talked of “they do not know they are dead”. My father came to me in an emotionally charged dream. I kept telling him that he was dead as he sat looking lost and mumbling incomprehensibly in his “own realm”. A year later he appeared again and told me “I am alright now”. I can Never forget or shake it off. He was an abusive person.
I love this! I'm a licensed massage therapist and an empath so I struggle with grounding myself. I tend to pick up what others are feeling (pain,emotions,etc..) so I'm glad for this video. I'm learning more and more about the spiritual journey through your videos.

Unfortunately as a youth I used to hurt myself to try to hurt my mom. That didn’t work and don’t recommend. Neither of my parents were conscious evolved beings so that took a toll and was detrimental to my life and then spent about 13 years with a man I knew I didn’t really want to be with, I just wanted someone, needless to say that had severe repercussions and I am glad to say I am currently taking my power back and working to heal my body because man my health, my solar plex and nerves have took so many hits that like you said my body isn’t able to stay healthy at this point. It’s sad to see how many people have been affected by narcissists, I’m included. Fortunately it’s becoming more known and understood. The narc has caused me to reconnect to self and source but I still struggle with wanting to see him get his karma, mostly in hopes that he will correct his behaviour for the sake of our son.

My youngest is suicidal my oldest an alcoholic but got away from his father he has met a great woman and had a baby. I pray for them everyday I wish I would’ve known all this years ago. I knew it I was just battered down so low and brain washed. It’s been a rough road but I’m trying to heal so my son can also heal. I pray for you and want you to know your not alone. I kind of in mixed stage of the dark night and the void. My studies affecting deeply. Receiving no more intuitive guidance on what to do next. Just I feel to rest on bed whole day ..become lazy watch TH-cam. I feel like I am glued to my home. If I go outside I feel like my whole system scream to be in home in that unproductive inactive state. I don't know what to study in order to make a career. All chaos. Do you have a video specifically for addiction? What you said about the disincarnated souls of past addicts attaching themselves resonated so deeply and instantly with me I immediately burst into tears! My addiction has progressed in ways that are so unlike me and I even feel at times that my cravings aren't even my own! Please, I must know more. Today, I decided that I am finally done with this. I have so much more important things to be doing! I have always felt that I'm here to just love the world and help others on a huge scale and when i embarked on this journey of addiction i realized that i was here so i could make it out and help others find their way out too. But traditional recovery has never interested me. Unfortunately, medicaid doesn't usually cover the more holistic based rehabs either. So I've just basically been teaching myself everything I can about neuropsychology and neuroplasticity and spirituality and more but something has been missing. It makes so much sense. I was addicted to tranquillisers for years after being wrongly given them by a doctor. During this time I had night terrors when dark entities would visit me most nights when I could feel them lying on top of me and clawing at me. Really scary and unsettling. When I learned all of what Christina talks about here re daily energy clearing and invoking archangel Michael as well as Master St Germaine and the Violet Flame and by saying the same mantras she mentions, everything went away. The desire to take more tablets and the dark entities and night terrors. Never looked back since. I also regularly cleanse myself and my house using Paolo santo or sage. I've started to listen to several teachers on TH-cam. Most call themselves spiritual teachers. I believe this teacher is indeed. Instead of villifying demons and psychic vampires she asks us to give compassion. This is similar to the practice of Metta or loving kindness that Buddha gave to his disciples when they encountered spirits in the woods. Love all. Love conquers all.

Many years ago I saw myself in a relationship with a text book narcissist. Back then I was very young and totally unaware of my own power...I didn’t know I could simply say no. I remember one day, after a bad argument I felt so exhausted that I fell asleep in my bed in the afternoon ...in those moments between consciousness and dream I heard this powerful voice saying “yellow is your colour, this is your energy” and felt this pressure feeling in my solar plexus...I didn’t understand then what was that about but now I know were my spiritual guides telling me I had the power to get out of that situation.

I bought my house from a widow, Josie. Her husband Joe, had died immediately of a sudden heart attack in the middle of the night, 3 months previously. The basement was his "man cave" where he worked on old cars, woodworking, hung up his fishing rods, etc. We saw and felt him for years. 2 years ago a friend's son, Richard, age 31, moved into the basement to live while he completed college. He would wake up at night and see a tall thin man stomping around the basement and taking his hand trying to swipe the stuff off the table, etc. Richard, shyly told me about his "dreams" and I explained who it was. Yes, they are around. They like to be acknowledged, not feared.

Feeding from my ADHD medication, I connected with my third Chakra and evoked my angels, I started to ascends to the light and was able to transforme the dark matter into light, but the expirience I hadwas sooooo
I had this exact issue today out of what seemed like no where and I did exactly what you said as I listened to this video and I feel so much better and lighter

When I was young negative energies used to come to me (that's why I have a bit of fear) I'm trying to get rid of this fear since I've awakened. Since I've awakened they have stopped but before i had my first channeling message one negative energy came to me whispering in my ear. Wow this is so on point!!! I was an addict and just couldn’t get clean. Seen a shaman and there was a spirit attached to me who died of a heroin overdose, heroin was my drug of choice!!! My mother was a narc and I had to set some specific boundaries few years ago and move on. I am still phisically healthy and am spiritually healing a lot faster since I left that situation on my back... I think I am very strong

My ego/unconsciousness mainly wants me to listen to it instead of my soul consciousness and to feel incapable. It doesn’t want me to feel capable of bringing my soul gift into the world. This has manifested in two motor vehicle accidents both which left me feeling.. incapable! So my work was to deeply know I am source energy and to follow soul guidance and feel capable and divinely supported and that even though my soul path has valuable info to share w world, just my existence is enough so I don’t have to push or worry about doing this work actually. These days I am feeling void aspect of awakening. I don't know anything. I feel nothing. I am exhausted all the time. I don't have any intuitive guidance to achieve or do something. Yes, ive been going through the same thing. One of my friends explained that it could be the dark night of the soul. So we just have to work through clearing blockages, like past traumas or triggers.

Yes. Absolutely. I’m going through the dark night of the soul right now (or dark night of the ego as Christina calls it and intend to agree given her explanation). I think I’m on the cusp of the void if I’m not there already. I'm not a usual drinker but I had my guard down one night and ended up in a chaotic noisy crowd where I ended up drinking way too much alcohol. For weeks afterwards, I felt like my energy centers had shut down. I was in such a denseness I felt sickly for days on end with only little light flowing through me. This horrid experience gave me a heightened sense of gratitude for my level of consciousness before the alcohol mistake. It's like I didn't really know just how far I had come over the years. This was over 2-weeks ago and I'm still not all the way back, but I'm much better than I was last week. It's a slow healing but it is happenning... thankfully. Understanding why negative energy occurs! There is either energy you picked up on that is not yours to own, there is a learning lesson to be taught and understood, or something for you to heal and release! Trust in the process when it’s the learning lesson or something for you to heal has come up. Trusting in the lower vibrational moments just as much as the higher vibrational moments will allow you to uplift yourself easier. Always understand that the universe has your back!
I had a negative energy chord with my narcissistic ex boss. I had to quit because it got to the point where my blood pressure spiked.

I've read that it helps to replace it with something less damaging when getting over an addiction. The man in the story chewed toothpicks to stop smoking. Or you could try chewing gum. I got over my most intense alcohol addiction with flavored carbonated water.
I believe the "intention setting" helped me the most. Before Christina, I had no idea how much this can help to really stand my ground and show my true self.😍

I was doing pretty good in the beginning of my Awakening set off by twin flame, then something dark got in the middle of it Ive seen it jump out of people and tell me you will never be with him or just nasty stuff it would say to me when I would see the shadow jump out of a person as I was talking to them. And lately I've been getting hit by a lot of negative lower vibrational energy anytime I have to deal with my husband's stuff after he passed. I've been doing my best to ground and get rid of it. But this last week it's just really gotten dark. Thank you for this video.

Thank you, Christina! I feel like I'm still coming into my power (and I have a ways to go), but I'm grateful that I'm usually able to spot the narcissists and other energy vampires, pretty quickly, and take appropriate action. There's a woman that I met, recently, and I had her over for coffee. Afterwards, she texted me to say that I was a breath of fresh air. On my side, I felt drained and headachy, and it seemed like she had sucked the life out of me. I was polite, at first, but after sleeping on it, I realized that the connection was toxic and that I had to disconnect, in order to prevent myself from losing more energy to her. Anyway, I appreciate your making this video and sharing your perspective on what negative energy is, where it comes from, and what to do about it. You are amazing, Soul SiStar! Blessings!

I felt the energies of something in my dream last night...I literally could feel the child trying to grab me. This is the second time that I screamed myself to wake up. It's hard to explain 😕 all I know is that there were quite a few energies attaching themselves to me.

Thanks again, Christina! I've watched already several videos of yours, but this one was an epiphany for me. From the moment I've started watching it, my mood changed instantly and I've experienced pain in my back and loss of joy. I've struggled to watch this video for 3 hours. I understood right away it was something. I've put shamanic drumms, lighted palo santo, expressed my intentions and called for help from my guides. The pain from my back just didn't wanted to go away, so I've massaged it with the fascia roller and continued to dance and purify my energetical field. I felt like a smoke getting out of my head and started to feel dizzy. After 30 minutes of dancing and sending the negative energy into the light, I felt so much better. It was cathartic. For all of you out there, start practicing these spiritual exercises that Christina so lovingly shares with us. This will help the world to become a much better place. Complaining doesn't help!
