The simple answer is between 1 to 3 days. Here is the detailed answer. It depends on the chiller size and type. For air cooled chillers oil separator is accessible. You can just pump down the chiller and drain oil. Change oil filter and change oil in just 1 days. But if the chiller doesn’t have valve to isolate or pumping down is not possible than you have to add 2 extra days for refrigerant recovery and vacuum.
Maybe you can recover refrigerant and change the oil in the first day, changing the oil at the beginning of evacuation phase, then left the vacuum pump overnight to pickup evacuation results next morning. Used to use two 12 CFM vacuum pumps whenever possible
