L 8(might have been better to put atleast 1 point from intelligence here)
Skills: Unarmed, Speech, Sneak(might have been lockpick)
Traits: Gifted and Jinxed
Perks: Quick Pockets, Bonus Move(2), Better Criticals, Action Boy (2), HthEvade, Bonus Hth Attack, Slayer

I believe your build is slightly wrong.
Slayer doesn't need to make a successful luck roll, despite the description. Because of that, you can have as little as 4 luck (with 2 extra from Zeta Scan in NCR you'll have 6), and 5 Perception (a module will boost it to 6).
S 5 (10 with module and APA)
P 5 (6 with module). Not really needed in a pure unarmed build, you can pop some mentats and get those better criticals just fine. Same with Sniper if you really want to, pop Mentats for 8 Perception.
E 9 (10 with module)
C 2
I 9 (10 with module)
A 10
L 7 (9 with Zeta Scan, 10 with Gain Luck) - if you really want to have Sniper as well.
With proper perks and 300% Unarmed, you can get as much as 99 armor class.

I don't know what's better, the near-constant occurrence of the player encountering waves of enemies who can only manage to maim and kill themselves, or that his reaction to all of this madness is to wordlessly scratch his head.
That First Punch to Frank in the gonads really made Frank think about his life flashing before eyes. He thought you was gonna be a walk in the park, ooh poor soul little did he know.
For the first time in ages, Horrigan felt something in his groin: Pain.

Frank Horrigan's death is the most apt animation for this unarmed build, very Fist of the North Star.
This is perhaps the most broken OP build. It's very funny actually that the Jinxed trait actually makes you semi-immortal as your enemies often critical misses at you.
Have you actually played the game? Jinxed sucks, powerful enemies like enclave soldiers will hit you easily. It’s only useful for the metzger fight if you attack his group at night.
@@Tor-Erik You were probably playing on easy or medium combat difficulty then or using diplomacy mainly. Jinxed is useless on max difficulty, the enemies won't miss. 10 luck is also a waste for unarmed build. You only need to go up to 6 for a couple perks, slayer ignores luck roll on crits.

I usually just main with big guns w/Bozar,,,it’s the most broken build in the game. It can easily 1 turn kill Horrigan on max difficulty.

Being able to kill Frank Horrigan by punching him in the nuts repeatedly is no small feat.

Jinxed + high luck is honestly an underrated OP build
If those watching this video are curious, yes you can run Jinxed with ranged weapons. Make sure to have a good perseption, and make heavy use of weapons with the "accuracy" weapon perk, such as shotguns and the gauss guns. As long as you do not miss a lot and prepare before hand, you shouldn't have much trouble with the critical failures

ah ... im happy to see someone FINALY learn how op the Jinx build can be ... and fun ... yeah i remeber using this build WAY back in the day and for over a decade having ppl go na the build blows! ... its realy good / fun if you know what your doing btw you woulda prob been better off removing 2 points from intelligence just to max out your luck :D

Hmm, I didn't take HtH evade as I went melee/HtH to find out which skill is better (imo Unarmed due to this perk, super sledge knockback and ripper being worse than power fist). It is perfectly doable, but I took Doctor as a tag and Healer as first perk just to survive those first encounters. In the end I disarmed Frank (literally) so that he could only kick me, rendering him (h)armless. The problem with this build is that you have to grind until you get Slayer, otherwise the Enclave will destroy you.
That moment you goaded the slavers and fought them... I haven't laughed that hard in a while XD
The editing tho. 11/10 0:43 is the best part.

Don't care too much for the dumb memes, but the unarmed experience is the shit I come to Fallout 2 for. Jinxed playthrough with unarmed is the best shit ever, it's fucking hilarious, and even though there's no animations, just reading the text descriptions of attacks (and misses) is hilarious and I used to laugh my ass off every time I'd play Fallout 2 a long time ago. Glad to see somebody capture some of that.

I've been in the argument with the Enclave on the Radio but I cant actually remember ever seeing the strike team, bravo not much I havent seen before for Fallout 2.

So hand to hand evade is a perk you can take? Never played before. Why would it cause them to miss from so far away? Seems like any HtH evade wouldn't help when you were being shot at from across the room.
In my first gameplay, i did die from picking up the explosive after setting it up to 20 sec. Yup...
