If I shared this page publicly to allow the client to pay directly using the notion buttons, will they also be able to see my other Notion workspaces?

Hey Nick. If you just share the single page with the client, that’s all they’ll be able to see. The client details on the invoice comes from the separate CRM database so they may not be able to see that. You’ll need to replace it with a text block instead.
If you want to see exactly what they’ll see, make the page public and then open it in a private browsing window.
As for the buttons, they’ll work on a PDF too.
The invoice was really designed around sending it as a PDF. Let me know if you run into any issues sending it as a link though and I’ll help with any questions.

If you find yours, you can then highlight the “button” on the invoice template and paste your link in.
