The side-by-side setup and takedown was extremely helpful to see--and very fun w/ the excellent choice for the soundtrack. (As a side-note, gotta love the real-life expression on your face when you tossed the soft-box covers. It lets us know just how real these pieces actually are. Ha! ) Keep barking up such helpful videos.

I am afraid that my amaran 60d brake under the weigth of my 140cms octabox... any experience? how much can it take and how to mount this small ligh in the Cstands? I am not trained whith this cstands... can some one help me please?

So sorry to hear about that. I have used the same softbox on this light and I will say though it can work, it is not a good solution and is likely to brake. I wouldn't go above a 36in softbox honestly.

I would say the 300c or bigger should work.

Thank you. Yes, actually, quite a few that work great on this light. These are just the ones I own and have gotten good results with.
