Definitely great 👍 advice. I’m a strong believer in that everything happens for a reason and it’s good that if there’s struggles you find out now and not later down the line. It’s very important to have a good support system as to not feel alone. The most important thing I’ve learned after a break up is the importance of self growth because you can’t love anyone if you don’t love yourself first.
This dude gave whack vibes from the start. Had loser written all over himself. Girl it’s just the pool you’re finishing in. You’re amazing. Get yourself a low key cool nerd. A small town family guy, someone with an actual career, someone you come home to on the daily, not these phony gay dudes fighting for some likes on the internet. Because you’re already a content creator/internet influencer you’re bound to attract the same type into your circle.. DO NOT. Take my advice, you’ll be wifed up in no time. Also, investigate their morals and values first hand the first few dates before making anything official. I always say, if someone is intimidated by what you should know early on then they’re not meant to be. Someone who is genuine and has nothing to hide and looking for the exact same thing in someone would love to have that conversation back with you early on. I know you mentioned being yourself is very important. Finding a balance is key while being self-aware that sometimes we too have to change little bits of ourselves to have a healthy, respectful functioning relationship.

Unfortunately saying that you learned from this breakup or the other ones is not really true. Until you find the right person/your husband, you will sadly never really learn anything. Because it is only then that you get to have a proper comparison between good and bad. We are habitual creatures, that tend to repeat our choices because we are drawn to the farmiliar. You will keep falling for the same guys, because you cant even differentiate between the pools you are fishing in. Especially when you are also in a pool and can be caught by a wrong man.
Also saying that it is the shitty cards you are being dealt with is simply untrue. You need to own up to the choices YOU made. Saying that you are dealt shitty cards only makes you not responsible for the choices that you made. Be careful how you use words because that is playing a big part in how you make future choices.
I know you are spiritual and believe in God, and you need to take that as a priority. My now husband told me he loves me literally 2 weeks after our first date. He is the most amazing human being and a man who’s heart is beating for Christ. We have an amazing marriage, because he puts God first. Always. A man that doesnt put God first or worst doesnt even have faith, is a man that will drag you down, it is a man that cannot be trusted and it is a man that will make you doubt yourself, him, and absolutely everything around you. Women need security and the only real security is God. I know you will find your person, its just not the time yet.
