  • Sealing the floors and bolt holes. PART 1
We got into a little trouble with the weather changing it's mind on us here in Colorado. Our first layer of floor sealant separated when a storm it us overnight and dropped the temps down into the 20's after a 60 degree day! We had to completely redo our sealant. However our bolt and nail hole fills were successful!

Thank you for this video! I’ve watched so many and I think I’ll go the stainless steel pipe screens and caulk to patch the holes in my bus! 😄

An even better option is using the caulk to fill the hole then using bondo with the pipe screen. We planned to do that but couldn’t get ahold of bondo in our area at the time.

Those screens are faucet screens used in sink faucets to prevent splashing by aerating the water. Most hardware stores will have drawers of different sizes in both stainless steel and brass. They are repurposed in bongs and pipes for 420 type devices. Very cheap and you buy the sizes you need,

the ones for faucets are thicker and from what we saw are hard to find in different sizes. thats why we went with pipe screens for smoking pipes - were able to choose what size we wanted.

What kind of caulk did you use for filling holes with pipe screen?
