I'm 39 yrs old and have loved brussel sprouts since I was a little boy. My wife isn't a fan but, they're one of my favorite vegetables. I was perpetually in the kitchen with my mother and we never roasted them but it's basically the only way I prepare them now. I could make a meal from them.

I refused to eat Brussel sprouts, I thought it was a disgusting flavor. I just couldn't eat them. Well, now I can eat them and I love them. I have to cut them all up, separate the leaves all the way through, if I don't, I get that yuck flavor. The leaves are great when then get crunchy! The parmesan cheese I added in the last 15 minutes of cook time and mixed it all together then separated them evenly. All of the leaves became crispy goodness! ❤❤ ThankQ so much!
i am so glad you liking it now.. that make sense. it does have little different smell and taste. i loved brussel sprouts always.. so it doesn't bother me :) but i am glad you found your way to eat it. thanks for sharing for others who doesn't like it. awesome idea

Wasupsalaam cobber?, TBH I aren't a huge fan of the good old brussel sprout, but, I really like the idea of baking them and infusing them with garlic and paprika......However, if some magically appeared in front of me from a genie, or from your food teleporter, crikey, I'D give them a go,,,,,for sure;-))

I love Brussel sprouts…but I don’t understand why the dark green parts are being discarded🤷🏾♀️that the most nutritional part of this veggie. When I buy cabbage, I go for all the dark greens people pull off and the pick a cabbage or two. Thanks for the video🙌🏽
The dark part can be chewy sometimes. Thats why. But nothing is wasted. Because i make vegetables stocks. So. It works fine. Thanks for the comment. 💕💕

Hi...you are one of my 'go to' channels along with Wil Yeung...tried your chicken breasts, paprika etc...delicious. Got spices sprouts and salmon so doing this later 👍regards from the UK. PS what was the method for salmon fillet. I just put in foil parcel with chilli flakes and lemon but open to ideas 💡
Aww thanks soo much for the love Alex. I am sorry i should have uploaded that salmon recipe by now. What i did was i panfried the fish with olive oil salt and pepper for 7-8 min. 3-4 min each side. Then i took out the fish and same pan added little butter lemon juice and parsley little salt. And turn off heat. And poured the sauce over salmon. Thats it. I hope that helps. You always want to take off the first few leaves because they are dirty. You don’t lose any nutrients.
It’s the most bitter part of the sprout, that’s why most ppl remove it
A quick way to get outter leaves off is just to shake in a bag. I would add Parm to this
great idea.. but not everything needs a parm in my opinion
Do you reheat the oven and will this work with frozen?
