Rockstar customer support is horrendous. There default fix is uninstall and reinstall the game and I actually stopped playing the game for two years because of this. I couldn't get the game to launch and their fix listed above didn't work. So I waited until my next PC upgrade which involved a HD wipe to play the game again.

If I start the game from steam, he don t start. If i start game from rockstar, he send me to steam for buy the game (I have the game) .If I start game from main folder, send me to rockstar and error is “ this social account don t own red dead online(but I have on steam) . Tell me what can I do guys.

Man my wifi went out so I switched to my mobile data and thats when it occured to where it says my social club account is not entitled to my rdr2, so once my wifi got back online I tried it and it stilll shows the same. This is absolutly dumb. Edit: never mind, turns out restarting my pc made it work 😂

same i tried running with admin, changing command arguments in steam, running in windiws 8 compatinility mode. nothing works
This issue is on pc i recommend to run the game through Nvidia GeForce app with 1080p without Fullscreen
