I'm sorry but some people are just old fashioned. Does not mean they are Gold Diggers. Honestly it's a sign that if the man is investing his time and money on you with dates that he is a provider. In the beginning, especially if the man asks you out, i expect him to pay. If not, there really isn't a need for a second date. For example, My ex would never let me pay when we went out in the beginning, as we got more serious and dates got more consecutive we would begin taking turns. Sometimes he would pay for dates because i would cook the days we didn't go out. None of that made me a gold digger. I enjoy feeling like a man can take care of me. (as he should)
