This is a really nice house. I'm not liking the two living rooms connected to each other. I think I'd prefer the dining room next to the kitchen with a large sliding door and then use the current dining room as a office maybe some nice doors or something creative to separate the space.
Completely agree, I'd close off the dining room and make it an office. Then use the den as a dining room, no second fireplace. I don't mind a second living room/den in a house, but when they're literally right next to each other it really defeats their purpose and looks super weird.
OMG the freezer in the utility room!!!! I love it, in today’s economy I have always wondered why there was never room for a freezer, with a large family you need one. I love everything about this home❤️😄great job showing 👏👏
I so agree! A big plus is its inside the house vs a garage outside. This freezer is a must for any family, shoot, we have one like this and there is just the two of us.
My wife and I just ordered the 2058. What we did was what so many have suggested. We removed the 2nd TV and fireplace, and adding 10’ of built in hutch. Also adding a sliding glass door to the “den” instead of the windows, essentially turning it into a dining room. In the “dining room”, we are putting in a fun round table and turning it into a game room/bar area. Keep in mind, Sunshine homes are highly customizable! The reason we chose them!

This one is almost a 10. I do love not having a marriage line on the floor. That has always been a deal breaker for me. Love the freezer in the laundry room. Excellent floor plan throughout. There are a lot more pros than cons on this home. Needed a pantry and a coat closet close to the front entry. I would respectfully give it a 9.5 out of 10. Keep them coming. Tile shower is beautiful and love the dark gray grout, really makes it pop! This is my new favorite home you’ve toured. You just cannot beat that dining, kitchen, living area!
This home has great curb appeal! I love the entrance with the stone work and if the entire rest of the house could be clad in Hardy plank siding and maybe be an option for an off frame modular I think that would be awesome!! And I'd want to use a door like the back door for the front entrance too. OH! and a three Bedroom option would be nice too!! I forgot to mention that it was a very nice gesture to add the ramp to the entrance assembly for this home too. The kitchen and living areas are really nice! However, one of those electric fireplaces, and I 'm thinking the back one, would have to be replaced with a wood burning one. An electric fireplace is USELESS if the power goes out!!! And if I could reconfigure those three big windows I would, maybe an atrium door to provide access to a screened porch. It has a nice utility room, not too far from the kitchen for bringing the groceries in from the garage. And I really like the granite counter tops, maybe quartz if they were an option. The three extra bedrooms are huge as they go. Super nice Master and the Master Bath is sort of too much for a geezer like me. The shower has too high of a curb and I'm talking about the shower the lines between the tiles is grout, not mortar. I need a lower entry into a shower and some way to help me in and out of that tub! Where it sits there isn't an option for my customary walk in tub. I LOVE the big ol' closet too!! It opens into the bedroom not the bath!! Overall, this is a spectacular home for a growing family. And even though I live alone a 3 bedroom size of this basic style with some modifications would make me proud to own it!!
While there were many good looking homes at the show this year, this one stole the show, overwhelmingly…absolutely a stunning home with excellent craftsmanship. Well done Sunshine…Well Done!

What a glorious home indeed. Needs a coat closet and pantry, but with all those cabinets in the kitchen, it might serve as a pantry. Loved the larger bedrooms, no wire racks and overall layout was great. Nice appliances included too. This is probably one of my top 10 to date so far! I live in Michigan and had lived in South Carolina for 6 months. In SC we had the opportunity to see different Sunshine homes and I will say they are my favorite manufacturer on the market!

I think this one has a lot of potential for sure! I didn't like that it wasn't totally open and had that column in the middle of the living space. I also thought it looked odd to have the living room and den so close together and the dining room table so far from the kitchen. I think it would look better without a den! I would put the dining room where the living room is and close off the current dining area and make it an office, and put the living room where the den is. The three windows needs to be made into accordion glass doors that could lead out to a covered patio after it was set up. Then you could add a fireplace and tv area out there. It would be nice if you could figure out a way to make a pantry in the kitchen too. I guess at this point I would be better off going with an entirely different option...LoL!!
That LR/Den so close together and open and the distance from the kitchen to the DR brought this home down to a 7.0 on my scale. Serious potential but the execution at the most important part of the home didn't sit well for me.

Yes, I called a dealer in my state and with all the upgrades $280k to $320K is the range..... but they will make any changes or adds you want, from metal roof, 2x6 walls, wood buring fireplace, granite countertops, whatever you want to add to the build or take away, they will do for you.
You always do a great job, Chance. Don't think you make mistakes! Nobody is perfect, so just continue being Chance and enjoy making the videos! I love them. I really like this house. Specially the color of the flooring. I'm over carpet! Nothing but dirty. They're never clean. This tile is easy to mop and always looks clean. The only thing I would change is leave out the cabinet/shelves/whatever-it's-called in the master bathroom with the mirrors on each side. I'd rather have just one very wide mirror. Otherwise, I'll take it. So far I've wanted about a dozen of these that you've shown! Gonna have to get rich, quick!

Love the open floor plan! The large amount of space and natural light from the windows in there is crazy. Also love the tall ceilings and the good sized bedrooms. All the closets look so spacious. Those guest bedroom closets are definitely bigger than my closet lol. And the bathrooms wow really good. One of the best mobile homes yet!

I thought the same thing! All of those drop dead cabinets make up for it…that’s a whole lot of cabinets in there! A dream kitchen if you ask me. You could also put a small stand alone pantry in the laundry room I guess. I’ve always wanted a laundry room, too, not my garage area for my laundry.

Love the high-end details throughout the home: crown molding, wood shelves in the closets, kitchen cabinets up to the ceiling, cooktop and wall ovens, etc. I'm on the fence about the wide open living area; I think I would prefer a little more separation. The living room and den being staged nearly identically made them seem redundant. I think I would put a poker table and 1 or 2 Barcalounger type TV viewing chairs in the den to differentiate it a bit from the more formal living room.
I would move the dining room to where the "den" is as 2 tv's that close & you wouldn't be able to hear 1 over the other. I would make the dining room into the den with a wall and door to enclose it. All said and done this house is great.

This home is absolutely gorgeous...that refrigerator is definitely the out of this world .... the den is nice but so close to the living room each t.v will cancel out the other easy fix i guess... the freezer in the laundry room is a smart idea 💡 never enough space in the freezer in the kitchen ... the outside of this home is beautiful...I would add a porch and a deck in the back... all wooden shelves was a nice touch and the vents in the ceiling is always nice. Personal experience, using full height cabinetry in place of a pantry “room” is easier to manage, organize, access. Also looks better imho.

Love the high-end details throughout the home: crown molding, wood shelves in the closets, kitchen cabinets up to the ceiling, cooktop and wall ovens, etc. I'm on the fence about the wide open living area; I think I would prefer a little more separation. The living room and den being staged nearly identically made them seem redundant. I think I would put a poker table and 1 or 2 Barcalounger type TV viewing chairs in the den to differentiate it a bit from the more formal living room.
I would move the dining room to where the "den" is as 2 tv's that close & you wouldn't be able to hear 1 over the other. I would make the dining room into the den with a wall and door to enclose it. All said and done this house is great.

I love all the space in this home, number of bedrooms and baths. Nice to have the Den also if you have a big family everybody don't have to pile up in the same room to talk. Really really nice.😊

Nice model. I know I am somewhat obsessed, there is not a pantry in the kitchen much less a walk-in pantry. The bedrooms, closets and baths are great.

This home is absolutely gorgeous...that refrigerator is definitely the out of this world .... the den is nice but so close to the living room each t.v will cancel out the other easy fix i guess... the freezer in the laundry room is a smart idea 💡 never enough space in the freezer in the kitchen ... the outside of this home is beautiful...I would add a porch and a deck in the back... all wooden shelves was a nice touch and the vents in the ceiling is always nice.
