Across the body is my hammer grip go to (likely means I need to change things up a little and add another variation) But I do love this movement as feel a really good mind to muscle connection and can get a really good squeeze and pump. Can also go pretty heavy with these or light and still get the same benefits

Im trying those at 6am for bis and forearms tomorrow. Any reason why the pin wheel is different than regular hammer curls? I do them at the start of my forearm workout. Also on the spider variation what if you do them 90% off the pad? I like that tension on the peak because you get no rest like on preacher curls.
